work as follows.
Install the unit only under the given frequency[㎐], voltage[V], allowable
currency [A] (or consumption)
A dedicated power circuit must be connected to each unit. Combination with
other devices, branches should be avoided.
▶ Otherwise it may cause accidents such as fire or shock or malfunction.
Keep the unit away from water. Do not install the unit in watery space
▶ Otherwise it may cause accidents such as fire from shortage or heating,
electricity shock or malfunction.
Do not install the unit in a space keeping chemicals or where there is gas.
▶ Otherwise it may cause accidents such as fire or electricity shock or
malfunction.
Do not install the unit in a space where its air pressure, temperature, humidity,
ventilation, sunlight, dust, or salinity may defective the unit.
▶ Otherwise it may cause defectiveness or malfunction.
Do not install the unit in a place where safety is not secured by slope,
vibration, or physical impact.
▶ Otherwise it may cause defectiveness or malfunction.
4
Equipping and connection of all parts need to be made after the main power
plug is off except for the cases operation is required.
All plumbing and pipes should be firmly connected and arranged not to be
bent.
▶ Not enough connection may be a reason for air and water leakage.
Too strong bending of plumbing and pipes may block the air and water flow
or cause air or water leakage by fracture or deviation of joints.

1.6.1 FITTING configuration
Body
Cap
O-Ring
Collet
▶ tube insert
• Cut the end of a tube perpendicularly before insert work.
• Outer surface of the inserted tube should be clean without any scratch.
• When scissors, instead of tube cutter, are used for the cutting, make the
buckled hole round after cutting. Otherwise it may cause leakages
• Use screws for fitting after removing any debris on it. Otherwise the debris may
cause scratches on the screws and eventually leakages and breakage.
• For the fastening of fittings use o-rings if it’s ready with product. If not, use
Teflon tape and proper instruments.
O-ring
6
• Insert the tube to the stop position. Ignore slight jams in the middle and go the
end position.
.
• Non-completely inserted tubes may break away under high pressure.
Stop position
• In order to ensure full fastening, try pulling out the tube with proper strength.
• The teeth of collets prevent falling out of the tubes. O-rings prevent leakage.
• After tube insert, insert locking clip in the gap between the collet and the body.
• Locking clip prevents tubes from falling out and so leakage problem.
▶ Disconnection of tube
• Pull out the tube pushing the collet toward body as much as possible.
• Reuse of fitting is prohibited.
• Tubes can be reused under the condition that the end of the tubes are round as
circle and have no scratch.
7
1.6.3 Precautions of fitting work
(1) Do not make severe bumps on, rotation, pulling, twisting, and impact on the u
body. Otherwise it may cause the breakage of body and falling out of collets.
(2) Use of high-temperature fluids can harm the fitting body creating the
hydrolysis.
(4) Check and make sure that the cross section of the tube end is cut
perpendicular, that no damage is found on the tube surface, and that the tube is
thrust to the very end.
(5) Make sure the pressure is ‘0’ when the tube is removed from the tubing.
Removing of tubes with excessive force under pressure may damage the fitting
body and tube.
(6) Tightening the fittings, use proper tools for the screws.
Excessive torque may damage the screw parts, and less than proper torque will
cause loosening and leakage
(7) Use band for the connection part when barb (or nipple) is used.
(8) Do not mix water and air line tubes, an activity creating leakage.
※ Do not mix water and air line tubes, an activity creating leakage.
