HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT
Prepares Terms of references for international bidding.

Ensures all technical studies leading to the construction of the transmission network with
all substations and power house. A transmission line of 300 km at 225kV, and
225/90/30kv substation. Power house will produce 200Mw.
Ensures proper sizing and good quality of electrical, electromechanical and
hydromechanical equipments for the power house, line and substations.
Makes a financial assessment of equipments.
Develops the maintenance plan of all equipments.
Participates in the conduct of environmental impact studies related to the construction of
power house, power lines and substations.
Prepares all technical documents, intended to donors (African Development Bank,
Eximbank China, Development Bank of Central African States).
