Dear Sir/Madam, Training is very essential at the grass root level to run the Units. Training Course is to provide opportunity to the young boys & girls to undergo the Basic Training Course of the section concerned to serve the movement as their best & the aim of the advanced Course to provide opportunities to acquire better technical skill, right aptitude & approach for the better & effective running of a unit. 1 Courses name Basic Training Course for Cub Masters, Scout Masters & Rover Scout Leaders and Advanced Training Course for Cub Masters & Scout Masters & Rover Scour Leaders 2 Date & Venue Both Courses to be held from 3rd June to 9th June 2024 at the State Training Centre, Ganganagar 3 Contact person State Secretary, WB. & State Training Commissioner(Scout), WB 4 Reporting & 10.00 Hrs on 3rd June 2024 & Departure after LUNCH(13.00 Hrs) Departure on 9th June 2024 5 Course fee R. 2,000 .00 (Two Thousand) Only
6 Eligibility of As per New Scheme of Training (SW) Rules 4/b (ii), printed 14th Trainees April, 2015. (Lady can also attend as Lady Cub & Scout-Master in Scout Wing). (Xerox copy of age & education certificate must be enclosed with the application form which duly filled & recommended by District Official positively. 7/A Eligibility for A Cub Master/Lady Cub Master / Assistant CM/Lady CM must Basic Cub be a person of good character, & possess Matriculation or equivalent Masters qualification and completed 18 years of age 7/B Eligibility for He/She must be a person of good character & possess HS (10+2) or Basic equivalent qualification and completed 18 for Scout Masters/ Scout Masters Assistant Scout Master 7/C Eligibility for He must be a person of good character, conduct and antecedents, Basic possess Degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification and Rover Scout completed 25 years of age & 21 for Rover Leader Scout /Assistant Leaders Rover Scout Leaders
Cont… P-2 =2= 8 Eligibility for Register his/her Unit & hold valid Warrant for at least 3 (three) months Advanced and have completed 6(six) months after the Basic Courses
9 Registration & The candidate should submitted the prescribe application form & Last Date of forwarding letter duly forwarded by the D.T.C (S)/D.C (AR)/District Application Secretary. Form is available at SHQ, Soft copy of the Course application is attached herewith. Duly filup application form Scan copy only may be Accepted. Last Date of application 30th May, 2024. 10 Uniform Uniform is compulsory for as per direction of APRO Part-II. for both Cub & Scout Master & Lady Cub & Scout Master & Rover Scout Leader. 11 What to Bring Each participants must bring correct and complete Uniform as per APRO Part-II—Nylex Belt, Black Shoes and Black Socks. Casual Uniform as per APRO Part II. Usual camp Kit, Bed Sheet, Mosquito Net, Water Bottle, Torch, Ruled and un-ruled paper, Sketch Pens, Chart Paper etc. Dinner Plate & Tea Cup is compulsory for individual uses 12 Cautious The Course in section concerned may be cancelled due to Less candidates.
