A When an alarm occurs, remove the câuse, reset the alarm after confirming safety, an

.Characteristic: various Styles, numerous cut pieces, miscellaneous fabrics
oRequirement: high accuracy ofthe cutting and good adaptability ofthe fabrics.

. Reasons:
a Ladys' Dress are mainly made of woven, which is generally no more than I .6m in width.
b Ladys' Dress require high accuracy, so we commend 5cm model.
c The fabrics of Ladys' Dress are miscellaneous, so you have to deal with the meltability. The
thickness of úe fabrics is uncertain, and the cutting knife is úin.

.Châracteristic: the styles change little, bigger cut piece, larger output
.Requirement: High accuracy ofthe cutting and plain adaptability ofthe fabrics

Note: It is coupled acting under this state, the bristle table and úe picking-up table run together ifone ofthem

Operation: Ifthe key points at the sigle acting sign, press this key and rotate it 90' clockwise to the coupled
acting sign.
State: The lighl is on when the general power is supplied, and off when the cutter's power is supplied..
Funcion: Prcss this key to cut úe power of the cutter if you want to stop it when something emergent
happened.
Operation: Press the key when something emergent happened.
Note:The "on" key ofthe cutter can not work after the emergency stop key is pressed down as it is locked.You
will have to unlock it by rotating it clockwise until it bouced up.
Note: In the non-movable N series, there is a emergency stop key each in the picking-up section, mâster
section, Y rail seclion and the briíle section with the same function.

Operation, I . To Íeset the bristles origiq perss this key, and the bristles will rotate to the left and right for one
time.
Note: You can also rcset it by pressing the start up key in the Y rail control section or pressing the "origin" key

a while, and you can move the head by the direction key or modi! the parameters ofthe cutting. Ifyou want to cut

Operationr l. To staÍt vaccum absorptior! press úis key once, and the light will be enlighted. To stop vaccum
absorping press this key again, and the light will the off.

3) Name: Transform key
Stater The light will be offafter the cutter is staÍed, and on after the cross cuÍsor is rcset. Make sure the light
is on during the normal working.
Function: The key to be combined wiú others. It can be operated together with start up key , cut of keÍ
direction key and encoder key.
Operationr I . When the transform light is ofi press this key together with start up key to reset the cross cursor
origin, the light is on herc.
2. When the light is on , press this key together with start up key to reset the mechanical origin. The
light is on here.
3. When the light is on, press this key together with the cú off key to relocate the head to úe crming
origin ofthe last time automatically.
4. When the light is oÍ! press this key together with any direction key to move the head in a high
speed.
5. When the light is on and the encoder symbol is "5", press this key and the encoder confirm key to
rotate úe Z axis in a high speed.

Srate: The light is always off.
Function: To dischaÍge the alarm hint.
Operation: The computer will alarm if something abnormal happened, and a dialog column will show up
together with the alarm whistle. Click the "tOK" button wiú the mouse.

State: Normally the digital symbol is"0", and it can be varied by the function
Function: Different digital symbols stand for different function.
Note: (S) is the instruction ofthe S series.
When üe coder is 0. Function is: cú the velum.
When the coder is 1, Function is: open and close wind pipe.
Note: In and out wind pipe work simultaneously.
When úe coder is 2, Function is: grinding motor rotation
When the coder is 3, Function is: Punch
When the coder is 4. Ftmction is: Check the rotation speed ofKnife.
When the coder is 5, Function is: Z axis rotation.

2. Take offpunch for convenience.
3. Take offknife and measure top, middle, down knife width; fill in Cutting set up columnl.
4. Take offpull rod and link rod. Loose the screw and take out slide block, smear grease.
Attention . wipe off used grease then smear evenly 'high temperature" grcase not common oil
5. Reinstall slide block, be sure the whole below match wiú knife whole, the whole should face outside.
6. lnstall pull and link rod screw.
Attention: Fix pull rod and make surc it is tight.
7. Install knife
Attention: Push the knife back to the holder with a ruler, until screw is fixed.
8. Reinstall punch, cover.
Attention: Be careful about the air pip,e when install prmch and header.
