operation. Not doing so may result in damage to the product.

A Make sure no foreign objects around impede the operation ofthe machine before you
start. Not doing so may cause malfunjction.

A Do not make any extreme adjustments or setting changes. Doing so may result in
unstable oDeration and iniury.

A When an alarm occurs, remove the câuse, reset the alarm after confirming safety, an

2-1 Reference for Choosing

Yin group can offer various model of high-speed cuner- For general case, clienl cân choose base on following
elements:
l. Mass production Fabric (Knil wave, and other material) Width:
Thickness of fabric, hardness is the key to choose cuÍer, the width of cutter is up to the width of fâbric.
2.Product category ( Suit, shiú coat or Car mat )
Different products have various preciseness request, fabric character, confirm whether machine need to be
longer.

If u need to order air floaution lable, then the marker length is needed.
4. Daity yield
If the daily yield is high, úen the cutting QTY need to suit for higher thickness cutteÍ.
5. Plâcement
Need to know whether there is enough space to move.

Ladys'Dress
.Characteristic: various Styles, numerous cut pieces, miscellaneous fabrics
oRequirement: high accuracy ofthe cutting and good adaptability ofthe fabrics.
oRecommended model: lry-H1705
. Reasons:
a Ladys' Dress are mainly made of woven, which is generally no more than I .6m in width.
b Ladys' Dress require high accuracy, so we commend 5cm model.
c The fabrics of Ladys' Dress are miscellaneous, so you have to deal with the meltability. The
thickness of úe fabrics is uncertain, and the cutting knife is úin.
Men' Suit
.Châracteristic: the styles change little, bigger cut piece, larger output
.Requirement: High accuracy ofthe cutting and plain adaptability ofthe fabrics
o Recommended model: HY-HI705G HY-Hl705LG
. Reasons:
a Because the cut pieces are bigger, king-size model can be very effective and efficient.
bWe commend 5cm model as ladys'Dress require high accuracy.
cAs the output is large, we recommend the G function(strip matching) to solve the strip mâtching
problem.
Trousers
.ChaÍacteristic: thicker fabrics, longer cut pieces , simple shape.
oRecommended model: try-H l707LJ
. Reasons:
a The fabrics are thicker, so reinforced type is neccessery.
b Because the cut pieces are bigger and the shape is simple. king-size model can be more
effective and efficient.
C 7cm model is recommended as it mainly deals with QTY.

State: The lighl is on when the general power is supplied, and off when the cutter's power is supplied..
Funcion: Prcss this key to cut úe power of the cutter if you want to stop it when something emergent
happened.
Operation: Press the key when something emergent happened.
Note:The "on" key ofthe cutter can not work after the emergency stop key is pressed down as it is locked.You
will have to unlock it by rotating it clockwise until it bouced up.
Note: In the non-movable N series, there is a emergency stop key each in the picking-up section, mâster
section, Y rail seclion and the briíle section with the same function.

6) n Name: Picking-up table foot pedal


Funcion: To run the picking-up table forward, optional speed ( high speed and low speed).
Operation: Step on the key slightly and the picking-up table will nm forward in a low speed, ifyou step on

Operationr l. To staÍt vaccum absorptior! press úis key once, and the light will be enlighted. To stop vaccum
absorping press this key again, and the light will the off.

Stater The light will be offafter the cutter is staÍed, and on after the cross cuÍsor is rcset. Make sure the light
is on during the normal working.
Function: The key to be combined wiú others. It can be operated together with start up key , cut of keÍ
direction key and encoder key.
Operationr I . When the transform light is ofi press this key together with start up key to reset the cross cursor
origin, the light is on herc.
2. When the light is on , press this key together with start up key to reset the mechanical origin. The
light is on here.
3. When the light is on, press this key together with the cú off key to relocate the head to úe crming
origin ofthe last time automatically.
4. When the light is oÍ! press this key together with any direction key to move the head in a high
speed.
5. When the light is on and the encoder symbol is "5", press this key and the encoder confirm key to
rotate úe Z axis in a high speed.

Operation: Send the fabric to the area l50mm from the sizing are4 press this key, the bristles witl rotate in a
high or low speed to send the fabric to he cuning area. The moving distance is the disance between the sizing
sign and the origin sign.
Note: The bristle origin key should be on when using this function.

use.
Function: To reset the bristle origin

H Series operâtion procedure:

1: Main air pressure meter reach 0.5Mpa, switch on power


'lf less than 0.5MP4 pull out adjusünent valve and adjust, clockwise increase, be careful of the main power
switch naked cable.
'lf air pressure lower than 0.35MP4 the air pressure switch will off and cutting will stop. Screen will show
"Detect low air pressure", need to check whether úe air compressor is used elsewhere.
'lf still múle to adjust, please check whether the compressor is on, if shortly âfter last shut down, then air
remainder in the cavity will influence the 0.5MPa and 0.lMpa meter, manual release air by some knife plate up
down operation.

2: Turn on pc, check whether Y besm meter is 0.1 Mpa


'During üe cutting, this air pressure can be adjusted according to request.
'The air pressure adju§ed here is the press plaÍe; decide the press çnwer of the knife plate on the fabric, 0

speedJow speed again until 3 bristle near origin.
'after bristle restoralioÍr, sensor of origin confirms position. (As pc indicates convey position), symbol will be:
bristle move left and right, then the bristle sensor point at the gear.
'Please hold the middle offabric to avoid bristle moving without fabric moving.

'Put whole paper under fabric to avoid thir; slipper fabric from slip into bristle after vacuum.

5: Adjust parameter in Cutter{ontrol

Need to reopen the chaÍ in MarkEdit (if set up remain fabric cutting, need to delete choice ) .change
parameter-initialize cutter length and width according to CutteÍControl software, the click edil--+rack
transfer-after tracking, overwrite save. Then reopen the drawing in CutterContro I.

.Even no need to change parameter, always open cut setup and Marker to check dara.

'No matter Y position, choose code 0, press CONFIRM button, and then head back Y direction 50mm.

'Cutting length Y direction 50- 1650 ( 1705 Model ) , please hold velum to avoid distortion.

"Detect low air pressurc". need to check whether the air comprcssor is being used elsewhere.
'If still unable to adjust, please check whether the comprcssor is on, if shortly after last shut down, then air
remainder in úe cavity will influence the 0.5MPa and 0.lMpa meter, manual release air by some knife plate up
down operation..

2: Turn on pc

3: CutterContnol pop out on pc, then rcstoration JOG and mechanical origin.

1. Air compressor (lset)


Client can buy air compressor suitable for Yin cutter request. ( Air flow l60l/min (S series 60
L/min) I; air pressure 0.55MPa(5.5kgf/cm'z); generally, (2Pll.5Pabove),is workable with tolerance.

2. Power cable deployment

Deploy as drawing, enough length of power cable[3 ptrase4 line,25mm2(S series 16mm'?)];

3. Install Field preparation

Eqúpment can be insalled according to site condition. A"/C is not necessary.

2l . JOG moving velocity ( high speed ) is the velocity setting pararneter when the head move faster( by pressing
conveí key and direction key together).
22. lOG moving velocity ( low speed ) is the velocity setting para.meter when the heâd move slowe( by pressing
direction key).
23.Air exhausting prcssure during the cutting
Adjust the adsorption intersity according to the fabrics and the number of the layers. There are 0-7 notches 10
choose from.
25. Automatic cutter head lock
To set the parameters of the cutter head locking functiorq especially for flexibility, airtight fúrics. It is to prevent
the cutter head bring along the plastic film and the first layer of fabric, thus affect the cutting.
After the parameter is selected âs "automatic and frne-tuning", the cutter head will pause for a second during its
downfall, meanwhile uplift the cutter head slightly according to the hint on the computer before cutting on.
26. Cleaning after the blade grinding:
To avoid the metal filings contaminate the fabrics requiring high cleanliness, set this paÍameter to move the lnife to
lhe edge ofthe fabrics, insert it once ro get rid ofthe metal filings.
27. Added value ofthe coordinates due to knife cleaning :
To set the distance from the edge where the knife is inserted.
28. The time ofthe knife cleaning:
To set how long the knife stays when it is inserted into the waste fabrics.
31. Jogging distancer
When the time you press the direction key shorter thaÍr the time you move manually in a low speed, the head will
jog in a more accurate way.
34.Velocity control during arc paÍts cutting:

Change Knife as following:

(1) Make sure knife will not fall on anyúing.

Eccsntric shaft I (2) Remove fix screw "a", detach guide and link rod

(6) Slide block maintenance

1.Po\xer of cutteri
2. Take offpunch for convenience.
3. Take offknife and measure top, middle, down knife width; fill in Cutting set up columnl.
4. Take offpull rod and link rod. Loose the screw and take out slide block, smear grease.
Attention . wipe off used grease then smear evenly 'high temperature" grcase not common oil
5. Reinstall slide block, be sure the whole below match wiú knife whole, the whole should face outside.
6. lnstall pull and link rod screw.
Attention: Fix pull rod and make surc it is tight.
7. Install knife
Attention: Push the knife back to the holder with a ruler, until screw is fixed.
8. Reinstall punch, cover.
Attention: Be careful about the air pip,e when install prmch and header.
