What is MongoDB:
MongoDB is a popular open-source document database designed for ease of development and scaling. It
is a NoSQL database, which means it handles data differently than traditional relational database
management systems (RDBMS). MongoDB is widely used in various applications from simple web apps
to complex, high-traffic systems, including mobile apps, real-time analytics, content management, and
IoT applications. It is chosen for its robust feature set, high performance, scalability, and flexibility that
make it a fitting solution for a broad spectrum of software development needs.

Note: MongoDB Course is free of cost. Students who are registering for the course must complete
the self learning course till 11th June 2024 for extra benefits.

Introduction to MongoDB for Students:


The Introduction to MongoDB course guides you through the foundational skills and knowledge you need
to get started with MongoDB. This includes connecting to a MongoDB database, how to conduct simple
CRUD operations, and key topics such as aggregation, indexing, data modeling, and transactions.
