Designation: Business & Analytics Engineer

Join us as a Business and Analytics Engineer in our Professional Services and


Consulting team in Bangalore to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact
to airline business.

Business team at Sabre develops and supports the analytics components across many product
areas including: market analysis, network planning, scheduling, pricing, revenue management
and retail intelligence.

Business & Analytics Engineer has the following responsibilities:

Analytics

Understand business problem or process and reformulate it as a mathematical model. Perform


applied research and design/develop new algorithms and methodologies. Make
recommendations & validation of the models. Build prototypes, conduct POC studies and
calibration of statistical & optimization engines.
Software Engineering

Develop, code, test and debug new complex software solutions or enhancements to existing
software in a maintenance capacity. Have excellent understanding of business application.
Work with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them. May assist
in development of software technical documentation. Demonstrate broad knowledge of
technical solutions. Design and code complex applications using advanced technology.

Customer Management and Business

Demonstrate software & models to customers and perform value proving benchmarks,
validation. Calibrate software for customer needs and train customer for using and maintaining
software. Resolve customer complaints with software and respond to suggestions for
improvements and enhancements.

Here's what we are looking for in a candidate, for this role:

Essential Requirements

• Understanding the airline business at a high level.


• General technical understanding of Sabre solutions including various technologies,
environments, platforms etc. Basic knowledge of software development is good to have
but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn with an agile mindset and use data science techniques & language
as appropriate.
• Willingness to learn, adopt and apply data analysis, ML techniques or general business
consultations as appropriate
• Excellent communication and presentations skill

Eligibility Criteria

• Education degree: BE/ B.Tech(Any Stream)


• Year of passing: 2025
• Marks: 7 CGPA or more, in all semesters for which results are declared, as on date of
hiring event
• Backlogs: No active backlogs, as on date of hiring event
• Compensation offered: INR 13,29,120 pa (including 5% variable) +INR 2,00,000 Joining
bonus(payable in two instalments)
• Stipend: INR 40,000 PM
• Job Location: Bengaluru
