L: Good Morning. Please sit down. Can i see your ID card? How can i help you Agatha?
P: I’m sufferring from sore lymph nodes on my neck and i have a rash on my whole body. Also i had
stuffy nose and smarting and aching in my mouth.
L: Did you have any other symptoms?
P: I was having fever and not feelling well.
L:Could you tell when it started?
P: 3 days ago
L: Would you mind telling me something more about your rash?
P: Of course. At the beginning the rash was on my face and my whole body. The rash was made of
plenty small pink papulas. After few hours it got worse and starerd iching. After 3 days my skin
starred peeling.
L: Is there something that worsened your symptoms?
P: no.
L: did you take any medicaments?
P: no
L: Are you suffering from Any chronic diseases?
P:no
L: Could you tell me if you are pregnant Or have children?
P: I’ am not pregnant, but i have two children. I am on my maternity leave.
L: Could you tell me their age… and are they vaccined?
P: they are 8 months and 2 years… but they are not vaccined.
L: Do you have any allergies or past operations.
P:no
L: let me palpate your lymph nodes. They are enlarged. Now please lay down on the coach and roll
up your t-shirt. Let me palpate your stomach. You have enlarged spleen. You can sit back. Let me
check your mouth. You have mucositis. Let me measure your temperature. It is 39 degrees.

You have german measles (rubella). I will prescribe you some meds. You should stay in bed. If you will
have a fever, Take an antypyretic. Becouse your family is not vacinned you all have to live in isolation
for 3 weeks. If Any of your family member will have any symptoms your isolation will be extender.

coughing. As a child, I had allergies, which manifested as itchy rashes and hives.
L: Did you take any medications?
P: Yes, I tried taking over-the-counter cough tablets, but they didn't help
L: Do you follow any special diet?
P: Yes, I follow a dairy-free diet until the age of 15.
L: Would you mind telling me if you have any addiction?
P: No, I haven't.
L: And your family,
Do you know about diseases in your close family?
P: Yes, my mother have asthma and sister have allergy for cat fur.
