You have recently attended a two-day course, and now the course organizer is asking for your

review and comments. Write a letter to the course organizer.

Dear sir/ madam,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to provide my review
and comments on the two-day course that I recently attended. The course was titled “No-oil
cooking recipes”, focused on nutrition and healthy yet delicious eating.

As for my overall impression of the course, I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. The course
content was well-structured and covered a wide range of relevant topics such as spices,
nutrition, different useful cooking techniques, ... The instructor's expertise and ability to deliver
the material effectively made the learning experience engaging and enjoyable. The interactive
discussions and group activities allowed us to apply the recipes learned and enhanced our grasp
of the course.

Some aspects that stood out for me was the facility and the instructor. The facility is top-notch,
with induction range top, double ovens, ... Diem, our chef, was absolutely wonderful. She put us
to work immediately with prepping our courses, taking time to explain various techniques and
giving us tips to improve our own cooking.

One area where I feel the course could be improved is in the pacing. At times, I felt that the
material was being presented too quickly, which made it difficult for me to fully absorb and
understand the recipes and techniques. It would be helpful if the course could be slowed down
slightly to allow for more time to digest things. Another suggestion I have is to provide post-
course support or additional resources. For instance, offering an online community for the cooking
gurus or discussion forum where participants can continue to engage with fellow learners and the
instructor would foster ongoing learning and professional development.

Overall, I enjoyed the course and found it to be a valuable learning experience. Thank you for
organizing and facilitating it, and I hope that my feedback is helpful in improving the course for
future participants.

Sincerely,
