Chapter 4 of this research study focuses on data analysis and interpretation. This research
aims to evaluate the impact of OJ” on “EST” in relation to performance management in
Wipro. In order to achieve the objectives, data were gathered from employees working in
Wipro. This chapter describes the analysis and interpretation of the data that was obtained.
Data for the fulfilment of the objective was collected from various sources. This aims to
discover the “Impact of OJ on EST with Respect to Performance Management in the IT
Sector in India”. Variables have been recorded at different levels of research. Microsoft 365
Office and SPSS V.26 and SPSS AMOS V.13 were used to alter the data to apply statistical
techniques such as frequency table, T-Test, regression, ANOVA, Factor Analysis, and SEM
model.
