HOW TO CREATE DIGITAL

SIGNATURE WITH CERTIFICATE


IN ADOBE READER

Step No. Description

1. Please scan dan save your signature in appropriate size and quality in PDF format
before you start.

Open PDF application and click Fill & Sign bar on the right PDF. Please refer Figure 1

2. Please click Work with Certificates and Sign with Certificates. Then click prompt
message to Drag New Signature Rectangle. Please refer Figure 2.

3. Draw a square and choose New ID to create e-signature. Please refer Figure 3 &
4.

4. Please select A new digital ID I want to create now & click Next. Refer figure 5.

5. Please Select New PKCS#12 digital ID file & click next. Refer figure 6.

Step No. Description

6. Please fill in Name, Position, Organization Name & Email Address. Please select
options as highlight below. Then click next. Refer to Figure 7.

7. Please fill in the password to use in digital ID to sign or decrypt documents. The
Location remains unchanged. May change options for this file using the Security
Settings dialog. Refer figure 8.

Please click Create New Appearance option to include scan signature. Please
refer Figure 9.

9. Please key-in the title of digital ID for future reference. Select Imported graphic
and select File of location scan signature. Please tick compulsary options to
view on Configure text . Refer figure 10. For file location, please refer Figure 11.

Please key-in the password on the provided box and tick lock document after

signing for encrypt your e-signature. Please click Sign to proceed and save on
