SUBJECT: Spot Report Re: Shooting Incident Resulted to the death of Papamo Kalbo

DATE: April 12, 2024

1. On November 18, 2024 at about 1:00 A.M., A shooting incident transpired at Albay Peñarada Park,
wherein the victim Papamo Kalbo, 28 years old, shot by the suspect namely Lolomo Panot, 21
years old, Single, A security guard at Mang Inasal and live in the same locality.
2. As a result thereof, the victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds in the different parts of the
body; and was rushed to the nearest hospital for medical treatment but was pronounced dead
on arrival (DOA) by the attending physican.
3. The suspect was arrested immediately at his house after the incident during the hot-pursuit
operation conducted, but the weapon used in the commission of the crime was not recovered,
and he is now under the custody of the station for investigation and proper disposition. The
cadaver of the victim was moved to Regional Crime Laboratory Office for autopsy and further
examination.
4. The motive of incident is undetermined and the case is still under investigation.

DATE: May 20, 2024

1. This has reference to Memorandum Spot Report Re: Shooting Incident Resulted to the death of
Papamo Kalbo dated 20 November 2024.
2. On November 18, 2024 at about 1:00 A.M., A shooting incident transpired at Albay Peñarada
Park, wherein the victim Papamo Kalbo, 28 years old, shot by the suspect namely Lolomo Panot,
21 years old, Single, A security guard at Mang Inasal and live in the same locality.
3. As a result thereof, the victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds in the different parts of the
body; and was rushed to the nearest hospital for medical treatment but was pronounced dead
on arrival (DOA) by the attending physican.
4. The suspect Lolomo Panot is currently detained at Legazpi City Police Station and a case of
Homicide under Art. 249 of the Revised Penal Code is pending for trial.
5. The case is already raffled at Branch 2 of Legazpi City, Municipal Trial Court.

SUBJECT: Final Report Re: Shooting Incident Resulted to the death of Papamo Kalbo

DATE: June 22, 2024

1. This has reference to Memorandum Spot Report Re: Shooting Incident Resulted to the death of
Papamo Kalbo dated 20 November 2024 and Progress Report dated May 20, 2024.
2. On November 18, 2024 at about 1:00 A.M., A shooting incident transpired at Albay Peñarada
Park, wherein the victim Papamo Kalbo, 28 years old, shot by the suspect namely Lolomo Panot,
21 years old, Single, A security guard at Mang Inasal and live in the same locality.
3. In the following hours on November 18,2024, An informant named Tanggol Dimaguiba called the
Legazpi City Police Station to report the incident. Immediately, PO3 Chismosa Acoh, together with
PO1 Marites Nangbayan responded to the place of incident where they found a commotion of
people.
4. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds in the different parts of the body; and was rushed
to the nearest hospital for medical treatment but was pronounced dead on arrival (DOA) by the
attending physican
5. The suspect Lolomo Panot is currently detained at Legazpi City Police Station and a case of
Homicide under Art. 249 of the Revised Penal Code is pending for trial.
6. The case is already raffled at Branch 2 of Legazpi City, Municipal Trial Court.
7. The accused Lolomo Kalbo was arraigned on 30 November 2024 where he pleaded guilty and the
case was set for pre-trial on 3 December 2024.
