Roles and Responsibilities:

 Working as BASIS Consultant on open alerts, Incidents and Planned activities in application.
 Checking emails and responding accordingly for queries from different teams.

 Knowledge in Client copy, client creation and deletion, Logical system creation and assignment.
 Having experience in alert handling for all type of SAP System.
 Knowledge in Activating/disabling Emergency user (SAP*) in ABAP system.
 Knowledge in User and Role management.
 Knowledge in standard troubleshooting including short dumps analysis, system/application
logs.
 Checking for FS free space in application servers and if required clearing the old log files.
 Handling High CPU utilization issues
 Knowledge in define Operation Modes and Assigns Time Intervals to OP modes in RZ04/SM63
 Carried out activities involving System Monitoring, scheduled Health checks and did
performance checks and resolved customer issues.
