Roles and Responsibilities:
Working as BASIS Consultant on open alerts, Incidents and Planned activities in application.
Checking emails and responding accordingly for queries from different teams.
Assigning tasks to the team members based on the workload and organizing team building
activities.

Provided 24/7 support to SAP India for Enterprise Cloud Services project with 500+ customers
and more than 2500 SAP systems.
Monitoring and processing Incidents, planned activities and Alerts in SPC tool for systems
configured on Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS)
Working on OSS incidents created by Customers
Handled system availability issues on ABAP, JAVA, BOBJ, Cloud Connector and other SAP
products.
Monitoring and basic troubleshooting of BOBJ systems running on Tomcat servers.
Performing Parameter change activities
Time Zone setup (application and database) and worked on time zone related issues
Working on ABAP performance issues.
Working on SAP Fiori availability issues in the web dispatcher system.
Working on ADS related issues in both Java and cloud connector
Knowledge in ADS subaccount certificate renewal process in Cloud Connector
System restarts which includes various type of applications (ABAP, JAVA, BOBJ, BODS, Web
dispatcher, Cloud connector, SAP Mobile platform ,convergent charging, Open Text, Trex)
License installation in ABAP and JAVA systems
Opening STFK connections – R/3, HTTP, WTS connections via Service Market Place
Maintaining router details for the customer systems in Service Market Place
Knowledge in OS kernal upgrade/downgrade.
Knowledge in SAPJVM upgrade/downgrade.
Knowledge in Support Package upgrade via SUM and SPAM/SAINT
Knowledge in Client copy, client creation and deletion, Logical system creation and assignment.
Having experience in alert handling for all type of SAP System.
Knowledge in Activating/disabling Emergency user (SAP*) in ABAP system.

Knowledge in standard troubleshooting including short dumps analysis, system/application
logs.
Checking for FS free space in application servers and if required clearing the old log files.
Handling High CPU utilization issues
Knowledge in define Operation Modes and Assigns Time Intervals to OP modes in RZ04/SM63
Carried out activities involving System Monitoring, scheduled Health checks and did
performance checks and resolved customer issues.
