A First ½ hour: Attendance, Introduction, Lesson Plan briefing, e-Textbook briefing
B 1 hour: Introduction and getting to know each other
• Listen to YouTube reference on biocatalyst (see next slide) and additionally use Artificial intelligence (AI) search from YouTube,
ChatGPT and bing.com or other AI platform
• Go to https://openai.com/blog/chatgpt or just google for ChatGPT and bing.com. Install bing chat
• Listen to the first video:Enzymes (5.33 minutes) or more (Refer to next slide on youtube list of videos about enzyme).
• Make your first FLIPGRID task submission (refer to next slide for the link), to introduce about yourself in 2-3 minutes and 1-5
sentences about what you know about enzyme so far.
C 1 hour: forming group and engaging activity for LINKEDIN task (in breakout rooms in MSTeams)

Form yourself in a group of 3 (if virtual in breakout rooms), pitch your group members and write the group members in Class
Notebook/Collaboration Space/Using Collaboration Space/ WK1 Group Member listing.
• Sit in groups and start asking questions to ChatGPT on what is biocatalysis, biocatalyst etc. Discover the three Learning outcomes from
week 1 &2 (refer to lesson plan)

Read the answer and form a survey questions
Plan to find or find at least 3 people (from various engineering background) to answer (your survey questions online or EDUCATE
THEM – record names, position/department or if student the ID and which semester, which engineering study

Plan to record or record at least 1 or more person/persons as a video on his/her opinions about the biocatalyst and decarbonization
theme towards sustainability or any engineering solution theme relating to daily life.
For chemical engineering students, please make sure the questions on the advantages or disadvantages between biocatalysis versus
chemical catalysis are asked and make sure it is concluded ultimately.
D ½ hour: come back to the main page of the Meeting (for virtual mode) to volunteer your insights about the task today.
E After class: Please listen to all other videos about Enzymes at your own time before Week 2 activity. You may use your
understanding using these videos and from your own chatgpt or bing search results to form your ASSIGNMENT 1.
F WEEK 1 (ASSIGNMENT 1): INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENT as your CONTINUOUS assessment for professional VIEWERS. E-Post
your results in LINKEDIN as a POSTER with details and share it to the world to your PROFESSIONAL network and also to tag Amizon Azizan
