 The Package Inclusions:
Ceremony: fully set up and beautifully decorated at our
Garden Gazebo. Couples not requiring a ceremony
would receive a credit of $400 to use in our Design
Studio on additional décor items.

Ballroom: rental with full reception décor, from 5:30pm -

1:00am (6:00pm - 12:00am on Sundays) including; head
table, backdrop, cake & registration tables as well as all
your guest table décor linens and chair covers with
sashes.

Celebration Buffet: Including a delicious selection of

salads, fresh seasonal vegetables, roasted potatoes, hot
carved entrees, tons of amazing desserts and much
more!

Beverages: Punch served on arrival and our House Wine

with dinner (one bottle of red and one bottle of white for
every table of 8 guests).

Celebration Cake: in your own design and flavor of

choice.

Floral: gorgeous fresh floral centerpieces for every

guest table and all the bouquets and boutonnieres for
the wedding party* as well as boutonnieres and
corsages for moms, dads, grandmas, grandpas, flower
girl, ring bearer, MC.

Photography: 6-hour Photography package* with one of

our 8 amazing photographers as well as an engagement
session beforehand and a stunning photo album.

Audio: DJ playing your selection of music throughout

your onsite ceremony & reception, microphone and in
house speakers are also included.

Staffing: From start to finish the Newlands team will be

here to assist with planning, set-up/tear-down, serving,
and making sure your special day is perfect!

the Garden
GAZEBO
Located off the Conservatory
Ballroom, the Garden Gazebo is the
perfect backdrop for your
ceremony. Newlands staff will
setup chairs for your guests, a table
to sign your marriage license and
have a DJ playing all your important
songs, all included in your Club
Wed package. Our Design Team is
happy to arrange for additional
decor outside of the package
pricing if you are looking for a
unique ceremony setup.

the Conservatory
BALLROOM
Featuring floor to ceiling
windows, the Conservatory
Ballroom is sure to wow you and
your guests. This stunning
ballroom can accommodate up
to 225 guests and is sure to
leave a lasting impression.
