AAA is a WhatsApp group that students create after getting product approval from the
portal. In AAA, students go through extensive research work on their products where they
get 3 approvals from the AAA Team within a time frame of 60-75 days. Create AAA Group
ONLY after getting approval from the Portal in the following manner:

5. With Trainer's approval, Stage 1 is clear. We proceed to stage 2.

 Stage 2: Sourcing

This stage is divided into three segments:
Stage 2.1
Advanced Sourcing - (ETC: 5-7 Days)

1. In stage 2.1, student works on meeting required margins on the suggested price under

the supervision of the Sourcing Team

2. Getting average numbers from different Freight Forwarders

3. After meeting the required sourcing margins on the target price, stage 2.1 is clear

 Stage 2.2
Advance Patent Check & Sample Ordering - (ETC: 15-20 Days)

1. In stage 2.2, student works on getting the product’s advance patent research performed

by EC recommended Zeeshan Maqbool’s team;while also order samples from

competitors and shortlisted suppliers to utilize the time at hand

2. After receiving Advance Patent report, stage 2.2 is clear

 Stage 2.3
Pre-Order Placement Tasks --(ETC: 10-15 Days)
1. In stage 2.3, student works on samples evaluation side by side working on Product

Development Sheet also known as 'review action plan' to make sure that maximum of the

pain points are addressed through our product

2. In case of design modification, student works on it as well with samples in hand

3. Dummy listing creation. Cases opening, and Certification check.

4. FBA Fee Optimization + Size Tier Optimization + Packaging Optimization
5. Thank You card designed
6. MOQ suggested, and final comprehensive Budget Sheet is prepared
7. With trainer's approval, stage 2.3 is clear. Student will move on to stage 3.

 Stage 3: Re-evaluation of the Market Stats

(ETC: 3-4 days)

1. PDV 1.0 will be created again with updated market stats

2. MOQ and Budget overview

3. With trainer’s approval, proceed to 30% advance payment to the

supplier

4. Share the Payment screenshot in the group, only then

convert your AAA group into 333 group.

AAA Division Policy
1. Without Portal Approval, student cannot proceed with AAA process
2. Only active BC students can proceed with AAA process. In case of inactive/expired subscription, please reach

out to BC support at [email protected]

3. Students are advised to get AAA approvals at each stage within the given timelines. In case, they exceed

overall time limit of AAA process, AAA team won't assist the student in their product approval process.

4. In case of inactivity from students side for more than 14 days, the student will not be entertained, and the

group will be closed after the AAA Team exit. AAA Team won't assist that student with the product again.

5. If the AAA team does not approve the product, the student will not be entertained in further assistance from

Extreme Commerce.

6. AAA Team's decision is final.
