Knowledge
EXAMPLE
A chef needs to know about fruit, vegetables, meat,

He/she needs to be skillful in cooking, frying and
baking; but also he/she needs to know how to work
under pressure.
Values
Regarding values, I think a chef needs to be
responsible, creative, and very really clean.
Knowledge
Option 1. Teacher A teacher needs to know about the subject or topic
that he or she is going to teach.
Skills
He or she needs to be patient, and also has to have
the ability to teach and be a good listener so he or she
can answer the questions that their students must
make during the class.
Values
The teacher needs to be respectful, honest, creative,
responsible, respectful, also has to be fair and have
integrity.
Option 2. Receptionist Knowledge
A receptionist needs to know about computers and
how to use them, and the program that he or she is
going to use in their work. A receptionist needs to
know the schedule and the hours when it opens or
closes the place.
Skills
A receptionist must be multitask, he or she needs to
have communication skills, also know how to solve a
problem, be organize, work under pressure and have
an excellent customer service.
Values
A receptionist needs to be punctual, honest,
funny, respectful, responsible and kind.
Knowledge
A nurse, needs to know about the human body and the
medicines, also needs to know about the patient
Option 3.- Nurse assessment, vital sign measurement, care planning
and exam and treatment assistance.
Skills
A nurse needs to be caring, confidence, compassion,
empathic , he or she must have flexibility in time,
patience, also needs to have attention in to details,
have a good communication and critical thinking.
Values
A nurse has to be integrity, altruism, loyalty, empathy,
accountability, she or he also needs to have human
dignity and social justice.

Experience Oakley Store Manager
March 23,2007– February 10,2024
I work as a Store Manager of a brand call Oakley, my main job it’s
to achieve the monthly sales goals, I am in charge of four more
employees, I have to make the schedules for the week, and check
that they arrive to work on time, I also supervise that they make
their assigned areas each day, that the store is clean and set up for
the customers. In my job I need to speak in English because we
have foreign customers, I also have meetings each month with the
general manager, to talk about the performance of the store, and if
we need to change any sale strategy, or if I have any sort of
problem during the month with the sellers, with customers, or a
guarantee.
I also solve problems that the store must have during the day, I
have to check the inventory and replenish merchandise.
