My day is quite busy. I wake up


at 6 o’clock and have a cup of
tea. I do yoga for fifteen minutes.
Then I have a shower and get dressed. I usually wear
jeans, a blouse, a jumper or cardigan. I brush my
hair, put on my make-up and then pack my briefcase.
I then put on my coat and leave home, walk to the
bus stop, catch the bus at 7.30, which takes about
30 minutes to get to work three miles away. I get off
the bus and walk to my office and I sign in at 8.15.
First of all I check my emails and then meet my
manager. Then I work on till lunchtime. I usually have
lunch at the canteen. My work finishes at 5 in the
evening. I usually do shopping before I go home.
I reach home at 6.30 and relax for an hour a cardigan
or two. Then help my daughter with her
homework or play with her. I have dinner at 10.
I’m usually in bed by 10.30.
