BS(Mathematics)
Vision
To enhance mathematical aptitude, by providing comprehension knowledge of pure and applied mathematics for preparing future academicians and researchers to serve in the different
areas of mathematical, statistical, and computational sciences

Mission
In order to serve the nation while mentoring students of mathematics and providing them supportive environment that nurtures their intellectual growth; the department of Mathematics
and Statistics aims at the following goals

 To impart knowledge about the major avenues of Mathematics

 To equip students with both the technical and computing skills related to the subject and allied disciplines
 To prepare students towards collaboratively-innovate contributions for the disciple and society

Program Educational Objectives

After 4 years of graduation, the graduates of BS (Mathematics) will be able to:

1. Solve complex mathematical issues for finding solutions of the intended equations generated from complex societal and science-based situations like energy crises and economic
instability
2. Interpret the results obtained through numerical analysis of the mathematical models
3. Interact with researchers from all sorts of sciences to assist them with analytical solutions
2
