I (Faculty name) am writing to certify that Srashti Maltare was under my supervision and guidance
during their tenure as a student at PIMR. I had the privilege of overseeing their academic and research
activities. During their time at of participation the students displayed exceptional dedication,
enthuasim, and commitment towards their committee work. They actively engaged in their respective
task and allotted assignment.
Their analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking prowess were evident in their
contributions. Moreover, they exhibited strong interpersonal skills and collaborated effectively with
peers and faculty members.
It gives me great pleasure to recommend Srashti Maltare for any future endeavours, be it further
studies or professional pursuits. I firmly believe that their passion for learning and their willingness to
embrace challenges will ensure their success in any chosen field.
About the Committee

A "Research Committee" in our college typically refers to a group or committee that is responsible for

functions of Research Committee can vary widely depending on the institution's goals, size, and
academic focus, but here are some common roles and responsibilities:
Research Policy and Planning: The committee is responsible for developing and implementing
research policies and strategies for the college. This can involve setting research priorities, allocating
resources, and creating a research-friendly environment.
Grant and Funding Support: Research Committees often assist faculty and researchers in
identifying funding opportunities, preparing grant applications, and managing research budgets. They
may also administer internal research grants or awards.
Ethical Review: Some Research Committees oversee the ethical review process for research
involving human subjects or animals. They ensure that research conducted at the college complies
with ethical guidelines and regulations.
Research Promotion: These committees work to promote research activities within the college, both
internally and externally. This can involve organizing research seminars, conferences, and workshops,
as well as showcasing research achievements.
Collaboration and Networking: Research Committees often facilitate collaboration and networking
among researchers within the college and with external partners, fostering interdisciplinary research
and collaboration opportunities.

implementing data management policies and practices to ensure the proper handling and storage of
research data.

Support for Early Career Researchers: Research committee focus on providing support and
mentorship to early career researchers, including graduate students and junior faculty members.
The Institute's premier Research event is a global conference. Academicians, corporations, research
experts, and students must consider research-based production on a certain issue. Additionally, it
strengthens the global network of stakeholders.
It will take the combined and cooperative efforts of the instructors and the students to complete the work
successfully. A committee made up of different faculty members and students will be constituted to
ensure that the conference runs smoothly.
For the smooth conduction of this conference students are divided in several sub committees under
research committee.

3. Reception Committee
Looking after the conveyance and staying arrangements of the guests in inaugural,
valedictory and various session chairs.
Looking after stay and conveyance arrangement, Reimbursement of travelling expenses
of research paper contest, Ph.D. Contest, Case Study Contest guests, judges and
delegates.
4. Registration Committee
Set up of Registration Desk for faculty Delegates and Students
Welcome of Guest, faculty Delegates and Student delegate.
Registration of residential and non-residential delegates.
Distribution of Conference Kits.
Maintain record of all Delegates and Participants.
Ensure the attendance and presence of participants including student delegates in various
sessions.
Resolving Queries and Guiding Delegates and participants about the event.
Distribution of Invitation Cards
5. Internal Arrangements
Making all the arrangements required for the smooth conduct of various sessions
(Inaugural, Technical, Concurrent and Valedictory, Symposium, Best Ph.D. Thesis
Award, Best Research Paper Contest, Best Study Contest, Video Conferencing etc.)
during the Conference.
Arrangement of Photographer, Video shooting.
Settlement of Bills and Post Event requirement.
Smooth coordination with different committees for fulfilling their requirements.
6. Hospitality
Arrangement of tea, snacks and food for faculty, staff, volunteers, guests and
delegates.
All arrangements for social night including bus arrangements.
Smooth coordination with different committees for fulfilling their requirements.
9. Certificate committee
Designing and printing of Certificate for volunteers, student delegates, faculty delegates and
session chairs.
Distribution of certificates for delegates, student participants, Volunteers, and session chairs.
11.Proceedings
Compilation of records of each Technical Session by Reporter.
Preparation of Conference report.
12.Sponsorship Committee
Preparing Sponsorship proposal.
Source and generate Sponsorship for the event.
Taking care of sponsors during the event.
Fulfilling requirements of the sponsors as MOU.

creating buzz and anticipation around the event. This involves reaching out to local and
international media outlets to secure coverage. They might draft press releases, conduct
interviews with keynote speakers or organizers, and use social media to promote the
conference's themes and importance.
During the Conference: During the conference, students can act as media liaisons. They may
assist journalists and photographers, help set up press conferences, and ensure that key
moments and discussions are captured for immediate reporting. This could include live-
tweeting, providing updates to media outlets, and facilitating interviews with speakers.
After the Conference: Once the conference concludes, students may compile all media
coverage, including articles, videos, and social media mentions. They can create a media
summary report showcasing the conference's impact and reach. This can be used for post-
conference analysis and for future promotional efforts.
