• Select picture options.


• Select the picture from your computer.

color, style, shape, boarder, effects, text wrapping
and rotation)
Clip Arts..

• Select Clip art option


(You can see clip art window on right side)
• Type any word to search.
• Select “GO” button.
• Select any clip art.
Select format tab and apply required editing to clip art

• If you draw by pressing shift key it is easy to do.

• Select Shapes
• Select any style
• Draw shape on page
• Select format tab

Here you can edit shape, style, fill (color, gradient,

• Select header or footer


• Type a text, insert a picture or page, number as

• Then select “Change”, Add to dictionary or “Ignore”

❖ Set language- To change language
❖ Word count - To count no of words, pages and etc..
