Use the Oracle Fusion Receivables Upload Customers solution to upload essential customer data into the Fusion system usi
accounts and sites, customer site receipt methods, customer account and site contacts, customer contact contact points, cu
details in the sections below.

Spreadsheet Template Format


• The spreadsheet template is composed of four worksheets: Customers, Contacts, Reference Accounts and Customer Bank

Downloading and Uploading the Template


1. Download the template:
1. Log in to Oracle Fusion Applications.
2. Navigate to the Setup and Maintenance work area.
3. Search and go to the task Manage Customer Uploads.
4. Click the Download Customer Spreadsheet Template button in the Search Results region to download the template.
5. Save the template to your local drive.
2. Prepare the data in the spreadsheet template, then click the Generate CSV File button to generate the ZIP file.
3. Upload the template:

Monitor the Upload Customers Process


1. Success of the Upload Customers process depends on successful execution of a series of child processes in the backgroun

Recommendations for Populating Customer Data


Because data details vary depending on your business needs, the scope of this document is limited to a best practice approa
about populating your data.

In general, we recommend the following:
