Rational RequsitePro 2002 to support the internal requirement management
process in BASS.

Study and analyze the user requirements. This including interviews all my
colleagues from different department and different level.
Study the RequisitePro to design a solution for BASS.
Study the integration between the Rational RequisitePro and Rational ClearQuest
in order to streamline the tracking of enhancement request to requirements and

Configure the RequisitePro according to the designed solution.

Create Computer Based Training (CBT).
Had completed a task on performance tuning for the treeview control in the
application recently. Replace the treeview web control with an XML control where
the source is an XML build up by Java script and XSLT.

Project Automate Code Review Process
Description This is an internal R&D project initiated by myself. The objective is to fully
automate the code review process that initially need someone to run a few scripts
and program and consistently monitor the status of the process.
Two programs have been created to automate the process.
The first one is a GUI application written in VB6. It will verify all the VB
component in the machine has been installed properly. Any error will be log into a
text file.
The second program is a console program that written in C#. It will run a few
scripts to installed all the VB components, activate the code review process and
generate a XML file for the result. This program can be schedule to run on certain
time in the server.

Project ARETOPS

environment. Client can access the application either through the VB front end or
