Reflective Notes (Daily)

Day 1 - April 29 ( Monday )

On my first day as an OJT student, we underwent a thorough interview process

where we discussed our strengths and weaknesses in an office setting. This helped our
supervisors understand how best to utilize our skills. We also brainstormed ideas on how
we could contribute to decreasing the workload and increasing efficiency in the office.
Following the interview, our supervisor gave us a comprehensive overview of our
responsibilities and the expectations for our role. We were then assigned specific duties,
which were both exciting and challenging as we prepared to dive into our tasks.

Day 2 - April 30 ( Tuesday )

The second day began with a focus on file work, a fundamental aspect of our role.
I was tasked with checking the graduation certificates to ensure that there were enough
for all the graduates. This required meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work
accurately and efficiently. Additionally, I had the opportunity to see all the students who
are going to get certificates, which gave me valuable insights into the students' progress
and academic performance. Overall, it was a day filled with important tasks that
highlighted the importance of accuracy and organization.

Day 3 - May 2 ( Thursday )

On the third day, I was assigned the responsibility of organizing the data of who
joined the program contest. This involved coordinating with transportation staff and
ensuring that each student was assigned the correct data and certificate. We meticulously
input this information into a document to be printed, which required careful attention to
detail. Additionally, I was tasked with creating a list of graduates, which involved compiling
and organizing a large amount of data. It was a challenging day, but it taught me the
importance of organization and coordination in managing complex tasks.
Day 4 - May 3 ( Friday )
Continuing from the previous day, I spent the fourth day inputting the names and
details of my assigned students into their respective Certificates. This was a repetitive but
essential task to ensure that all students who were joined ensured that their certificate
arrangements were accurate. Additionally, I assisted in organizing and updating files
related to the student Program, which required attention to detail and the ability to work
efficiently.

Day 5 - May 6 ( Monday )

The fifth day was dedicated to completing the list of graduates. I spent the day
carefully inputting their information into the document, ensuring that all details were
accurate and up to date. This was a meticulous process that required patience and
attention to detail, but it was rewarding to see the list of who joined and who won the
contest, come together, and know that it would be a valuable resource for the school.

Day 6 - May 7 ( Tuesday )

On the sixth day, I completed the list of who joined the program and had it checked
by my supervisor. She commended me for a job well done, which was a great feeling. My
supervisor expressed her gratitude for completing such a significant task and remarked
that it had lifted a big burden from her shoulders. Additionally, I assisted teachers in giving
some details about the program, which gave me a chance to interact with them more
directly and develop my communication skills.
Day 7 - May 8 ( Wednesday )
I finalized my task of inputting student awards and certificates on the seventh day.
It was satisfying to see all the pieces come together and to know that the logistics were
well-organized. I also spent time organizing and updating files related to the student
program, which helped me further develop my organizational skills.

Day 8 - May 9 ( Thursday )

My supervisor brought me to the faculties of the teachers on the eighth day. I
assisted her by collecting their documents, which gave me hands-on experience in
managing teacher work. This task required attention to detail to ensure that all information
was properly collected and accounted for. It was a valuable experience that helped me
understand the importance of organization in managing student documents.

Day 9 - May 10 ( Friday )

On the ninth day, I continued to assist my supervisor in the Osas. We collected the
Information of students and also performed various file works related to student
documentation. This day provided us with further insight into classroom dynamics and the
challenges of managing student work. It was a busy but rewarding day that helped us
develop our organizational and time management skills.

Day 10 - May 13 ( Monday )

On my last day, I participated in a performing arts activity with the students. It was
fun, a fulfilling way to conclude my OJT experience, contributing to a meaningful
environmental activity alongside the students. Overall, my OJT experience was diverse
and enriching, providing me with valuable skills and insights into office work, student
management, and environmental conservation.
