response, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and lymphokine activated killer cells, natural killer cells,

along myelinated fibres.
5. Neurotransmission : Neurotransmitters, their metabolism, storage and release, calcium channel,

7. Myelination: Myelin composition and maturation.
8. Metabolism of the developing brain: Energy metabolism, changes during development,
susceptibility of developing and adult brain to energy supply.
9. Brain development during malnutrition: Effect on cell proliferation, myelination and
synaptogenesis.
