Fare Rules

1. This booking is non refundable.


2. Check-in desks open three hours before, and close promptly 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure
time. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you do not comply with the Check-in Deadlines
indicated, in which case you will not be entitled to any changes, refund or credit.
3. Cancellation is allowed (except for group booking) at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time for
economy class passengers and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time for business class passengers.
Cancellation fees will apply according to the fare rules.
4. Changing booking is allowed (except for group booking) at least 8 hours prior to scheduled departure time for
economy class passengers and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time for business class passengers.
Changing fees will be applied according to the fare rules plus any fare difference. Changing booking can be
made through Customer Care Center, Jazeera Airways' Kuwait Airport ticket desk, Sales offices/ General Sales
Agents or Jazeera Airways website.
5. This fare includes all applicable taxes, fees and charges associated with your Jazeera Airways booking since
its initial creation. If a new tax, fee or charge is imposed after issuance of this booking, you will be obliged to
pay them.
6. This itinerary does not constitute a document of carriage. The booking in Jazeera Airways database is the
primary record of carriage and in the event of any differences between the itinerary and the booking in Jazeera
Airways database, the booking will prevail.
7. Please note that if you are transiting from Kuwait International Airport Terminal 5 to Terminal 1 or 4, an
additional Terminal Transfer Fee might be collected at your Origin Airport.
