Purchase ---- Looking After the Hospital Purchase, Vendor Management, Price negotiation of the Hospital
procurements, Make sure the GRN is made of all the Hospital procurement.

Store ----Take care of the Hospital Store make sure the Inventory of the Store is properly maintained. No
extra Purchase is made without verifying the Hospital Inventory . Store receive’s the material after the GRN
of that Purchase is made and see that material procured is according to the Purchase Order and if there is any
discrepancy , he reports to the Purchase Head immediately.

Take Hospital Rounds daily and meet the Patients and take their feedback regarding their stay in the Hospital .
Along with the Hospital rounds I monitor the Biomedical waste Segregation is made according to the state
pollution control Board norms.

Conduct periodic meetings of all the staff of all departments in order to resolve the conflicts, grievances and
behavior issues with the Supervisor.

General Administration ---Looking after the contractual employments and their contracts i.e Security,
Housekeeping & Canteen. Looking after the Housekeeping, Biomedical waste and see that biomedical waste
is segregated properly as per the guidelines of state pollution control Board. Security is instructed to see that
proper Rounds are taken and proper reporting is done so that pilferage does not take place. Canteen is also
monitored properly that protocols of canteen are followed and clean and hygienic food is provided to the staff
and patients along with the help of Dietician.

Maintaining and upgrading the quality care of patients according to the standards laid down.

Strategizing activities to ensure the continues growth in top line.

Responsible for all Licenses & renewal of Licenses.

needy patients.

segregation is done as per the compliance.

Responsibilities:-

 Looking after the Purchase and Stores of the Hospital.

 Purchasing Hospital Material both Capital and Consumables items.

 Making Purchase Orders of the materials required by the department after Approved by the
Chairman.

 Check Quantity: - Number of Packages and weight against shipping or Packing Slips.

 Check Quality: -- Inspect the material and Containers and record any damages.

 Verify Receipts of materials against the Suppliers packing Slip and the Purchase Order.

 Record all discrepancies of the material and incomplete Supply.

 Make GRN (Goods Receive Note) of the materials received.

 Issue the material to the Departments against their Indents.

disinfected chemicals are used.

 Make sure the weekly Bills are made and it should reach the Patients Relatives and the Payment are
also made timely by the respective patients.

 Handle the Grievances of the patients solve it with the treating Doctors and Medical Superintendent.

 We get feedback forms filled by the Patient’s Relatives and ask their experience of stay, quality of
treatment, behavior of staff towards them and bring it to the notice of Top Management and try to
solve it with the respective Department.

 Get empanelment of TPAs like FHPL, Paramount, Genies, Raksha TPA and ECHS, Northern
Railways, BSNL, Others CGHS Corporate.

 It was my Responsibility to generate Revenue through empanelment and Marketing and make the
Organization in Profit. I also use to make the Audits that the Institute is going in Profit or Loss.
