on the 22nd March, 2024 is hereby published for general information.

GUJARAT ACT NO. 3 OF 2024.

(First published, after having received the assent of the Governor, in the “Gujarat
Government Gazette”, on the 30th March, 2024).

AN ACT

to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of

the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat for the services of the financial year
ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2025.

It is hereby enacted in the Seventy-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows: -

1. This Act may be called the Gujarat Appropriation Act, 2024. Short title.

Withdrawal of 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat, there may be withdrawn
