Plans, organizes, directs and controls all human resource and general services activities of the Company.
Develops and upon approval implements objectives, strategies, policies and programs in the areas
of human resource planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation, benefits,
personnel policy, employee relations, grievance handling and records management.
Oversees the analysis, organization and maintenance of personnel records required by law and regulations;
develops human resource information system that meets management needs.

Supervises the provision of timely, economical, effective and efficient general services such as security,
telephone, transport, and office services to departments, services and other work units.
When necessary, conducts negotiations on all issues of employee relations, and upon approval
by management concludes and implements collective agreements.
