Ways of developing positive personality:

■ There are two types of developing positive personality


1. Subconscious Programming
2. Conscious Programming/Reinforced Programming
Subconscious Programming:
■ Subconscious programming refers to the process of influencing or
altering the subconscious mind, which plays a significant role in
shaping our beliefs, behaviors, and habits.
■ Our Conscious mind is like a watch man.And the subconscious
mind is a store of all previously programmed or conditioned
information / knowledge/ believes.
■ This watch man create obstacles to program positively, so the right
time of program the mind during the Twilight period just before
sleeping and just before waking up.
Following steps involved into subconscious programing:

1. Clarity of goals: define your objectives clearly.


2. Positive Reinforcement: Use affirmations and visualization to
reinforce positive beliefs.
3. Repetition: Consistently repeat desired outcomes to embed them
in your subconscious.
4. Accessing Subconscious: Utilize techniques like hypnosis and
meditation to access and influence the subconscious mind.
5. Belief and Faith: Maintain belief and faith in the achievement of
your goals.
Reinforced Programming / Conscious Programming:

■ Autosuggestion and Repetition of the positive traits despite


negative response from comparison with the store house also
gives success in programming for personality traits.
■ It is a statement made in the present tense, of the kind of person
you want to be.
■ Auto-suggestion should be mixed with emotions. All such
reinforced / conscious programming which have been
emotionalized (giving feeling) and mixed with applied faith,
begin immediately to translate themselves into physical or real
equivalent.
Following steps involved into Conscious programing:
1. Visualize Your Goals: Imagine achieving your goals in detail to
strengthen your mental connection to your desired outcomes.
2. Use Affirmations: Repeat positive statements regularly to reinforce
your beliefs and align your mindset with your goals.
3. Practice Mindfulness: Cultivate awareness of your thoughts and
emotions to identify and shift negative patterns.
4. Meditate Regularly: Use meditation to calm your mind and access
deeper levels of consciousness for better focus.
5. Create a Vision Board: Assemble images and quotes that represent
your goals as a daily visual reminder of your intentions.
