It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the following is the schedule for the conduct
of Second Semester L.LB. (3 year) Degree (Regular-2023 Admission/ Supplementary -2022
Admission) Examinations, May 2024
Start date 15.04.2024

Mode of payment of fees will be SBI e Pay . The printouts of online applications of Supplementary
candidates need not be sent to the University .However The printouts of online applications of regular
candidates shall be retained in the department itself.
The Head of the Department shall log in and download the detailed statement of fees remitted by the
regular candidates and forward an attested copy of the same, along with the affidavits submitted
by the candidates receiving grant directly to their bank account, who have not remitted the
examination fee during registration.
The eligible regular candidates who receive the grant directly to their bank account shall either remit the
examination fee online (SBI e Pay) during registration without opting fee concession or remit
the amount to the University as and when it is received from the Government Department concerned.
These candidates shall submit the affidavit in annexure I if the examination fee is not remitted during
registration.
The regular candidates who receive the grant through the institution's bank account may opt for fee
concession during registration. The Head of the Institution shall credit the examination fees of these
candidates to the Kannur University Fund and inform details of such remittance to the Examination
Branch without delay. If any candidate receiving grant through the institution's bank account remits the
examination fee during registration, the Head of the Department shall reimburse the amount to the candidate.
Penalty will be levied for delayed submission/incorrect submission/ non-submission of data/Applications, as
per the university rules. The deadline for submitting applications and data as per the above schedule will not
be extended.
Candidates with shortage of attendance will not be issued hall tickets unless the Head of the
Department recommends and states that the shortage is within the condonable limit and the
application for condonation have been forwarded to the Registrar.

*All candidates (including candidates availing fee concession) shall remit the application fee of ₹55/-.
Registration process will be completed only after remitting the applicable fee. Any amount due to the
University shall be remitted on reimbursement of the fee from the Government Department concerned or on
remittance by the candidate concerned, before publication of results or else the results will be withheld.
The Schedule of Examinations will not be intimated to the candidates individually. The timetable will be
published on the university website. Candidates registered for the examination shall visit the university website
frequently, for further information in this regard.
The centre of examinations will be the School of Legal studies, Manjeswaram.
Date of publication of results will be announced later.

remitted examination fee during registration)
