1. Planning & costing


-plan out writing skills, graphic art, music, video, and other
multimedia expertise required

-develop creative look & feel (what user see on screen and
how they interact with it)

-structure, navigational system

-estimate time, budget

-create prototype-simple, working example to demo whether


idea is feasible

Requirements of multimedia project

You need hardware, software, and good Intangible skill


to make multimedia. The intangible skills are:
1. Creativity
Develop through truly understand the development media
and target audience. Knowing existing literature helps, but
practice make perfect.
2. Organization
Plan rationally the usage of skills, time, budget, tools, and
resources you will need for a project.
3. Communication
Talk and listen to Multimedia Development Teams, clients and
audience.

The Structure of Multimedia Project

A multimedia project is an organization of text,


graphic, sound, and video elements. The FOUR
organizing structures commonly used in multimedia
projects are:
• Linear
• Non-Linear
• Hierarchical
• Composite
