INTRODUCTION
The Brazilian keratin treatment originated in the south American country of brazil, it is a heat
activating restructuring process that can be used on all hair types and conditions to make the hair
radiantly straight and frizz-free for 3-4 months.

What you probably did not know is that it was invented by a mortician!

The operator of a funeral home in Brazil noticed that a chemical used to embalm corpses caused their
hair to straighten. This chemical, formaldehyde, was then developed as a hair treatment to straighten
the hair of living people safely and effectively. Today, not all keratin treatments contain formaldehyde.
Some have replaced this chemical with other chemicals that are less harsh on your hair.

Since then, Brazilian keratin hair treatments have made their way to every continent in the world,
providing women with the kind of long, straight, lush hair they’ve always wanted.

EFFECTS BRAZILIAN PRODUCTS HAVE ON THE HAIR
 Treatment that removes 95% of frizz and curl
 It helps to temporarily cosmetically rebuild hair that was damaged by chemical processes
 It improves hair by adding a protective keratin layer around the cuticles
 The anti-residue shampoo has a pH of 9.0 (alkaline), helps to open the cuticles and allow the
product to penetrate.
 The reconstruction treatment has a pH of 2.8 (acidic), promotes an intense smoothing of cuticle
effect. This attributes to the acid pH action on the cuticles, and for this reason the treatment
does not modify the internal strand structure.
 The deep conditioning mask has pH of 4.5, this balancing out the hairs natural pH levels.

After receiving hair Botox treatment, you won’t experience negative side effects, such as dryness,
breakage, and hair fall. If you want to keep your hair and scalp healthy in the long run, hair Botox may
be a better option for you.

Hair Botox revitalizes damaged hair, repairs split ends, eliminates frizz, and adds magnificent shine to
your hair. The treatment also nourishes your scalp and helps fight dandruff and hair loss.

On the other hand, hair Botox is a safe and environmentally friendly hair treatment. There are no toxic
vapours coming from the product and no gas mask is required when working with it.

Application:

The treatment begins with a shampoo to open your hair cuticles and prepare the strands for
conditioning. The hair Botox is then applied to the strands by massaging the product on from root to
tips. The treatment is left on wet hair for a period of time, usually between 20–90 minutes.

Some stylists may choose to rinse out the product before drying and straightening your hair with a flat
iron. Other stylists may leave the product on your hair while they dry and straighten your hair to help
the product more fully penetrate your hair strands.

You’ll see the results of the Botox hair treatment immediate upon your hair drying

Aftercare advice:

Client must wait 72h before washing hair again. Need to use a sulphate free shampoo and conditioner.
