     SAP EWM – CLASS 18 – Warehouse Process Type Determination in Outbound

    Delivery
    o A goods issue from Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is a physical
    departure of products from your warehouse.
    o Outbound delivery document is created from sales order is ERP.
    o ERP outbound delivery is replicated in EWM and it is known as outbound delivery request.
    o EWM system creates Outbound delivery order from outbound delivery request and
    this (outbound delivery order is warehouse request document for goods issue).
    o Then Warehouse task (outbound delivery) is created such as picking, packing, loading etc.

    Stock Removal Strategy


    ➢ Stock removal strategy is a Picking of goods from the Bin
    ➢searchThisprocess.
    process occurs after the system has determined a storage type based on the storage type

    Stock Removal Strategy supported in Goods issue process


    A. FIFO
    B. Stringent FIFO (FIFO across all storage types)
    C. LIFO
    D. Partial Quantities
    E. Large/Small
    F. SLED
    G. Fixed Bin
    H. Defining Warehouse process type – 7071
    for PICKING

    Select Warehouse process 2010 and create new warehouse process type for stock
    removal (Picking)
    Select line as above and click on Copy
    Enter data as below and SAVE
    New Warehouse process type “7071” created for Picking with storage type
    “GIAR” & Bin “GI-ZONE”
    New Warehouse process type 7071 created for Picking with storage type GIAR
    & Bin “GI-ZONE”.

    GO TO New entries & Enter data as follows

    Enter the values as below

    SAVE
    Warehouse number, Document type, Control indicator and warehouse process types

    Determination We will go to already created material 77WH-RMAT1
    Tcode - /N/SCWM/MAT1
    Enter “Proc.Type Det. Ind” as = 71 in below material at warehouse data tab and save
