In lieu of Deped Order No. 008, series of 2023 otherwise known as the Multi-Year Guidelines for
Evaluating Teacher Performance Using the Result-Based Performance Management System aligned with
the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (RPMS-PPST), our school is adhering to promote
professional growth among teachers.
In connection to this, I hereby order you to present a demonstration teaching on 4A’s Teaching
Strategy on April 22, 2024, 2:30 o’clock in the afternoon at Las Nieves Central Elementary School.
Your demonstration teaching shall also be graded using the Class Observation Tool and shall serve as
MOV in the Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR)
