General Guidelines

1. The TCS iON National Qualifier Test (TCS iON NQT) is planned to be
conducted every 2-4 weeks and can only be taken at TCS iON
Authorised Exam Centres. The validity for TCS iON NQT Score is 2
years.
2. There is no limit on the number of attempts. You can re-purchase the
TCS iON NQT Variant to improve your Score. However, You can
purchase the same TCS iON NQT Variant only after 90 days of your
last purchase.
3. Mode of Test: Only In-Centre (TCS iON Authorised Exam Centres)
4. Candidate who had indulged in any type of malpractice during the
earlier TCS iON NQT will not be permitted to take the test for a period
of 1 year.

2. Under the Kick-start Your Corporate Career with These Best-sellers section, click on
Know More on the stamp you want to buy. You will be redirected to the respective
product page where you can read more information about the variant and buy the
Test.

3. You can also initiate your purchase by clicking on the BUY NOW button. Or, if you have
an Activation Code, you can activate the Test by clicking on the ACTIVATE NOW
button. It will ask you to sign up and then you can proceed further to apply for TCS iON
NQT.

4. Activate Code button is not available for the Prep Pack variants. For these
variants, you can click on the Activate Code button at the top and enter your
licence code.

5. Logging into TCS iON Digital Learning Hub (iDLH)

A. Login by Creating a New Account

a) If you are a new user, click on Register in the Learners login tab to complete
the one-time sign up process. You can also login using social media handles
such as Facebook, Google, X and/or LinkedIn by clicking on the respective
icons.

b) Once Create Account window opens, please fill in all your details as shown
below to proceed further. Please ensure your email ID entered is correct as
all communications will be routed through that email ID.

B. Login by an Existing User ID
a) If you are an existing TCS iON NQT candidate, enter your TCS iON NQT
Candidate Login ID and login. Once you login, you will see the View
Details button on the webpage. Click on View Details to check your
application; or you can update your application details and initiate your
purchase.
b) If you are an iDLH user, you may use your registered ID to login and proceed
to buy TCS iON NQT and its variants.

6. After successfully logging in, you can apply for TCS iON NQT, either by using Buy Now or
Activate Now.
A. Steps to apply using Buy Now
a) Click on the Buy Now button on a stamp or on the webpage.

b) Select or de-select the variants you want to Purchase and click on Proceed.

8. Steps to apply using Activate Now
a) Click on the Activate Now button available on the stamp, product page. Enter you licence code
and click on Activate.

b) Fill in the Application Form

An Application form will be displayed on the screen. Fill in all the required details
carefully as mentioned in the subsequent steps.

9. Enter the required Personal Details. Please ensure that the information entered is
correct, as these details will be used for further processing. We request you to
double check your email ID as all communications will be routed through that email
ID.

A) Please enter your Educational Qualification Details as shown in the

screenshot below.
a. To select Institution Name, click on the button highlighted in the screenshot
below.

b. Enter the parameters and click on Search to find the institution’s details

c. Once you select the preferred Institution, the pop-up window will close, and
the selected Institution Details will reflect in the main Application form.

B) You can choose Exam Date:

▪ User must choose the Exam Date from the drop down.

▪ Mode of Exam is In-Centre by default. Exams will be held at TCS iON Authorised Exam Centres.

a) If you need a scribe to write the exam, ensure that you are accompanied by a
scribeto write the exam. Note: TCS iON will not arrange for Scribes and
candidate should make arrangements for the same on their own

b) Read the Declaration content and then click the Submit button.

c) A message will pop-up saying that your form has been submitted successfully. You
will also view your TCS iON NQT Registration Number. Click on Click to Pay/
Activate Code on the form and proceed to make the payment.

10) A. In the case of Buy Now

i) On successful submission of the form, click on Click to Proceed followed by Proceed to
Pay on Your Purchase screen.

ii. Review your order Summary

iii. Select preferred payment mode and complete the payment.

iv. On successful payment, you will be redirected to the Order Summary page with the
details of your order.

v. On closing this window, you can make the next purchase following the same steps.
However, details of the purchased Test will be seen in My Dashboard.
10. B. Incase of Activate Now
i. On successful submission of the form, click on Click to Proceed, and Enter
Licence Code and click the Activate button.

ii. After Licence Code is successfully activated, a pop-up will appear. Click on Get
Started/Close button and you will be automatically redirected to My
Dashboard.

11. Basic Cognitive Prep Guide and 1 Practice Test (with 3 attempts) will be available under "My
Dashboard → My Products → TCS iON NQT - Cognitive → Get Started"

a) On successful submission of the form and payment through Buy Now/Activate

Now, you will receive a confirmation of the same on your registered email ID.
Additionally, ‘Subscribed’ label will appear on the stamp if the
purchase/activation process is successfully completed.
