Job Description: Web Developer


Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Web Developer to join our team.
As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites,
from layout to functionality, according to clients' specifications. This role requires strong
technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with
cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain websites, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and
functionality.
 Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and
translate them into technical specifications.
 Create website layouts and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
 Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across different devices
and platforms.
 Develop and integrate server-side components using languages such as PHP, Python, or
Node.js.
 Perform website testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues or bugs.
 Optimize website performance and ensure fast loading times.
 Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless integration of visual elements and
branding.
 Stay up to date with emerging web development trends and technologies.
 Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and optimize code
efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field.


 Proven experience as a Web Developer, with at least 3 to 4 years of hands-on
experience.
 Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
 Strong knowledge of server-side programming languages like PHP, Python, or Node.js.
 Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or
Drupal.
 Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL or MongoDB.
 Understanding of web security best practices and data protection.
 Ability to work with version control systems, such as Git.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional
teams.
