Referring to the Amendments to the 1974 Convention of the SOLAS GMDSS
Regulation concerning radio communication for the Global Maritime Distress and
Safety system (SOLAS 88 Regulation IV/15) and as also stated in the IMO Resolution
A702 (17).
This agreement shall is valid for the abovementioned company covering
SHORE-BASED MAINTENANCE.
