COVID-19 health protocol violators should be sanctioned

COVID-19 health protocol violators should be sanctioned. As we know,

the number of people infected with the covid virus is still increasing in our Thesis
country, but some people still ignore the health protocol by not wearing mask
and keeping their distance.
Firstly, the violators will continue to ignore the health protocol suggested by
the government if they aren’t sanctioned. By being sanctioned, they will feel Argument 1
deterred and ashamed so that in the future they will obey the rules given.
Secondly, by sanctioning the violators, they will understand responsibility. Not
only does it prevent us from being infected by the virus, but adhering to health
protocols also keep others safe. We may not feel infected, but at least we prevent Argument 2
bad things by continuing to keep distance and wearing masks. That way, we will
fulfill our responsibilities to ourselves and others.
Lastly, giving sanctions to the violators will make them more aware of the danger
of COVID-19. It is said that WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic, which means Argument 3
that this virus is very dangerous, so it is best to continue to maintain health and avoid
COVID-19.
Therefore, it is needed to be attention accurately and I recommended that the
Recommendation
health protocol violators should be sanctioned because of the reasons given above,
it can be dangerous to others.

How to prepare in facing test

How do you study when the test is coming? Do you start preparing for the test weeks or
months before the test or leave things to the last hour? If you start studying weeks or months
before the test, it is great. However, if you study all the material in the last hour or minute, it is
not good for you. This is called cramming.
Cramming is when students stay up all night until morning to study before a test or finish
an assignment. This habit can lead to negative impacts, the first being that disruptions in the
regular sleep cycle can cause temporary intellectual lapses. For most students, less sleep can
make them could not focus on the class. Additionally, cramming can leave us with memory
lapses as well.
Each person has a different sleeping schedule, so some of them often use a stimulant for
cramming. An example stimulant, and the most common, is coffee. While delicious and
beneficial, it causes many problems in the long-term such as Caffeine Intoxication Syndrome,
anxiety, panic, and headaches.
To sum up, cramming is not recommended because it disturbs a person’s sleep cycle which
causes temporary intellectual lapses, and using stimulants for cramming gives them a bad effect
on their health.

Students’ cheating
Students’ cheating is one of the biggest problems faced by teachers nowadays.
Despite the fact that teachers advise their students not to do dishonest acts during tests, some
students still do cheating. There are many kinds of cheating that students do during the test or
examination, such as looking other students’ work, put some notes under their clothes, write
notes or formulas on their desks make hand signals or go to rest rooms to get the answers from
their friends.
In my view, students who do cheating are committing a crime. It is a sort of taking something
illegally. This crime causes negative results to the students. Students who always cheat
deteriorate their mental capacity. Cheating acts also create dependence.
They weaken their self confidence. Instead of preparing for the coming test, they are busy to
organize notes on a piece of paper. If this awful habit continues, the students will lose their
opportunity to develop their intellectual and mind.
Therefore, school should consider cheating as a very serious problem. School board and
administration should go hand to overcome this matter. Honesty must be put in school’s vision.
Harsh punishment must be applied to students who commit this crime.
