Tim New Moon for February oc c ur s on the 7th at 0:28 p. in.
Tlio Full of the. Moon on ilm 22ml nl :i:;i2 si. in. Central Standard
lime, or one hour later for N. Y.. one our bef ore for Denver time
and t wo hours earlier for Pacific time.
At the. time of she New Moon, the Sun is 18° 44' in the sign
Aquarius and has no exact a s pe c ts for several days. Jupiter and
Saturn are in the ascendant, and Uranus, Mercury and Mars in the
7th house. I j u dg e that, this c o m b in e will make the month c o m i n g
Somewhat changeable and uncertain in a Business way; C o n g r e s s
will have much to d eb at e over and i doubt if they will a c c om p li s h
very much. Unit may he, really neces sary for the g o o d of the coun
try. T h e c l os e aspect of Jupiter to Saturn and both re tr og ra de
m e a n s slow business, much hesitating a m o n g those w h o ma ke busi

ab le of f and on with c o ns id er ab le w e a k n e s s at times. As Mercury
pa ss es the conjunction o f Uranus in Pisces, the Markets may be
very weak for a lew' day s early in the rnonili, especi al l y those days
when Mercury or the Moon have bad aspects.
The w e at h er indications are not quite as favorabl e for February
a s they have been previous; as the Sun p a ss e s the a s p e c t s of
Uranus, Saturn and Jupiter, the weat her will be l es s settled, arid
with m o r e stormy, conditions, much wind and rain or snow.
At the Full of the Moon, the Sun is c o m i n g to the conj un ct io n

Markets of the world and a g reat deal of discontent, unsettl ed con
d it io ns generally, p r o c e s s may b e quite unsettled in late Febr uary
and part of March.
• My j u d g m e n t is that there may be radical Breaks In the various
Markets, Cer eals and S t o c k s in February and Early March. T h o s e
w h o s pecul at e do wel l to be quite cautious and e x p e c t sudden
changes. However, w e have no need to fear for the Outcome.
B us i n e s s will brace up and be very active after the early spri ng

THE H O R O S C O P E OF R AP HAEL Vi,

By Prof. Weston.
In Raphael's Epl ie mer ies for the year 191?, the horoscope, of
Raphael Y! is printed for the inspection of astrologers. U was
evidently intended that s o m e o n e should make stone remark in re
gard to it, o r it would not have been printed, us I take it., hut as f
have not read any remarks regarding that h o r o s c o p e in all the seven
y ear s that it has been bef ore us. I have concl ude d to say a word
or two about, it myself. »
T h e h or o s c o p e is that of Mr. R. W. Cross, w ho is the Sixth
Raphael, of London. In Alan Lon's “Thous and ami One Notable
Nativities” it is Number 28.
In this nativity the. Sun is almost exactly on the cusp of the s e c
ond house, h e n c e its polar elevation will be in the radix about I T.
As s umi ng this to be its p o l e , or near its p o l e , then I find that at
the a ge of 7<> years and i> w e ek s it will he by c o nv e r s e motion at
about 28“ 08' Capricorn, and we see that position will bo sesqni-
quadrate with ihe radical .iupter and al so in square with tin' radical
I’ ranus, the o n e planet being in the native's sixth house and the
other in his first, -the houses g overni ng his HR*.
T he Moon is practically on the nadir of I lie churl and we may,
therefore, without much chance for great error, carry tier co nver se
upon the c i rc l e of right as cens ion In tlx* 7<>t.h year of the age, and
upon doing this we find her at about 2? llh' Aries. T h e secondary
Saturn has p r og re s se d to about 21" Aries, s o the Moon will be on
the s econdary Saturn and very near the radical Uranus, in this 7fith
year of age. This action takes place in the first house, also. The
Lunar s eco ndar y is also In Aries and will transit tIn* 21st d egr ee
rather late in the 7<ith year of age.
Co ns id er in g these fundamental positions, along with s o m e other
testimonies, including tin* transits for the time, 1 am very much in
clined to concl ude that Mr R, \V. Cross, of London, will never see
his 77th birthday.
S o m e as tr o lo ge rs may want to use (lie ascendant for the hyleg.
If ho , they will find it. in the 70th re ar in this h o r o s c o p e at about
the 1(5° or the la" of Sagittarius, near a square with Jupiter and in
exact opposition with the radical M e r c i a n . This is al so sesquiqnad-
rate with the radical Mars.
If this man g et s past his 77th year 1 am g o i n g to revise my

We are told that s o m e lit),000,000 Ch in es e will have to die of
starvation in the next few months, b e c au s e help cannot reach them
In time. This Is c aus ed by a Drought or famine in that part of
China. Likewise, s o m e millions of children are very hungry in
Poland, Germany and in Europe generally; caused by the after c o n
ditions of the war; and this was naturally expected, and those
German l eaders who started the war, knew it would c o m e and cared
not one D if it did; yet, they live in luxury. W e are told by

children, as they would not use the drink, and would not be
b e n e f i t e d by it. T he question is: Why, when a nation is starving,
that ot her s should have plenty of food in store and hang ont o it?
It s e e m s to m e that if 1 had 100 barrels of flour in my home, and
my ne ig hb or s were starving, that I should be inclined to g i ve them
what was necessary, and re que st them to pay it back, when they got

wealth of every person in the country to put Europe on its feet,

First getting rid of those that started tills trouble in Europe so that*
they can’ t abuse us for helping their miserable subjects. This
would take one cent for every two dollars of wealth that every one
has. Who would be so stingy that they would not give this willing*
ly and chee^jally. it Is doubtful If you could find a man or woman
alive, in on*® ?? v means, that would object to it, but those who
have a grerit Jymof wealth, mostly Inherited, and not earned,
would object seriously.
Real Christians are those that are Charitable. Giving a thousand
dollars out of a million is the same as giving one tenth of one per
cent of what you have. Compare the charity of the Well-to-do with
that of the poorer classes and judge for yourself who are the Liberal
ones.
Some Law of Nature is causing this starvation; some lack of
wisdom somewhere. Astrologically, some peculiar combination of the
planets.

The Key to the Bible and Heaven

A new book describing the mysterious writings in the Bible which
have not been understood for the past two thousand years.
The book explains what the Bible actually contains, in that it
describes what the ages and names of the patriarchs, from Adam, to
the present time, mean. The ages given in the Bible, in the name of a
man. represent cycles of time, and the system employed is the same as
used in Astrology. A belt of 24 degrees around the earth is described
as the 24 Elders; which is centered at the 36th degree north latitude,
where the twelve divisions are located, called the 12 tribes of Israel.
The ages given mean degrees of longitude in the same system as used
today.
This book is a Revelation and is the only book of its kind in
existence. The Bible is not what it is supposed to be. a text-book for
religion, but it describes the laws of the universe which we today call
Astrology and Astronomy.
It describes that cycles and ages are calculated Westward around
the Earth according to the 12 signs of ,he Zodiac, and on what part
of the Earth the 12 divisions are located.
The Bible describes Europe as the Christian age, and the nations
of Europe as the children or disciples of the age. The world war is
explained as the ending of the cycle Ea3t of Greenwich, in the destruc
tion of the European nations.
It is a peculiar fact that the life history of Jesus is entirely misun
derstood and this book explains the mystery.
If you want to know what ancient Astrology is, and learn how to
get the key to this study in the Bible, get this book.
The Bible describes the 1.2 signs of the Zodiac in cycles, and gives
the influences produced by Uranus. Neptune, and Saturn, as the trinity
which represents God in nature. The names of men and women were
given to the pianets. and calculated in the periods of time the planets
make their circuits.
The ending of the cycle means the destruction of the age, and now
