    hereby depose and state:

    1. That as neighbors, we have known Reynaldo Foster (referred as “Mr. Foster” for
    brevity) since _______.

    3. That Maximo Francisco M/To Marina Francisco and Bayani Requiso M/To Pracedes
    Requiso (herein referred as “other parties” for brevity) are also our neighbors but

    Mr. Foster’s property.

    5. That we executed this affidavit voluntarily without fraud nor intimidation from
    anyone.
    6. This affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts, inform the
    proper agency and for all legal intents and purposes.
