number created for you under this newly opened RHB Pro-
Savings Account-i which can be obtained from the Welcome
Email.
Step 5: Your RHB MySiswa Debit Card-i will be printed and distributed
to you by your respective University. No debit card-i will be
issued by our RHB Branch.

21 Apakah yang perlu saya Anda boleh menetapkan PIN baharu melalui IVR (Perbankan Telefon)

Untuk Perbankan Dalam Talian/ Perbankan Mudah Alih RHB, anda perlu
mengakses dalam talian / perbankan mudah alih dan T-PIN (PIN sementara)
akan dihantar melalui SMS ke nombor mudah alih anda yang berdaftar dengan
RHB untuk meneruskan penetapan PIN baharu anda.
22 Bagaimanakah cara saya Elakkan PIN enam digit yang mudah diteka seperti:
memastikan PIN Kad Debit-i Nombor yang dikaitkan dengan hari lahir, ulang tahun, nombor pasport,
MySiswa RHB saya selamat? lesen memandu dalam sebarang bentuk atau gabungan;
Nombor berurutan seperti 123456 atau 111111;
Nombor telefon atau nombor kad pengenalan.
23 Mengapakah pembelian saya Ini mungkin disebabkan oleh: -
menggunakan Kad Debit-i Baki tidak mencukupi dalam Akaun Simpanan-i Pro anda yang dipautkan
MySiswa RHB ditolak? kepada Kad Debit-i MySiswa RHB anda.
Amaun pembelian melebihi had perbelanjaan harian.
Fungsi untuk transaksi dalam talian atau luar negara mungkin belum
diaktifkan lagi (opt-in).
Peniaga diklasifikasikan di bawah KKP Terlarang
(Sila rujuk kepada Helaian Pendedahan Produk untuk Kad Debit-i
MySiswa RHB untuk butiran lanjut.)
24 Apakah ciri keselamatan yang 3 ciri Kad Debit-i MySiswa RHB:
ada pada Kad Debit-i MySiswa Untuk pembelian RM500 dan ke atas melalui Kad Debit-i MySiswa RHB anda,
RHB? makluman SMS akan dihantar ke nombor telefon mudah alih anda yang
berdaftar dengan RHB.
Untuk pembelian yang dibuat dalam talian di pedagang 3D Secure, Kod
Pengesahan Kata Laluan Satu Kali (OTP) akan dihantar melalui pengesahan
SMS.
Setiap transaksi tanpa sentuh mempunyai kod unik yang berubah dengan
setiap pembelian untuk mengelakkan kad palsu daripada dihasilkan daripada
butiran keselamatan kad yang dipintas.
25 Apakah yang perlu saya Anda akan menerima e-mel pemberitahuan daripada RHB tentang sekatan
