Add Associate Admin (For Default Admin only) Admin Guide
Account  Admins  Add Associate Admin o Click ‘Add Associate Amin’.
o Input First Name, Last Name, and

o An invitation will be sent to that email address.


o The Associate Admin must accept the invitation to access the Dashboard.
o The first Admin account is connected to the Dashboard by ELSA team.
After that, this account can add other Associate Admins.

● Select a Teacher from the Teacher list.
If there is no teacher available,

● Set Start Date and End Date of the class.
After End date, the status of the class
will be switched from Active to Finished.

● You can add a teacher (team lead) to
your class later.

the average EPS of all learners’.
● Distribution of learners
▪ Beginner: less than 56%
▪ Lower Intermediate: 56% - 66%
▪ Intermediate: 67% - 77%
▪ Advanced: 78% - 89%
▪ Native: 90% or more

● ELSA score breakdown by skills:


Based on results of learners in:

Overview – Activities Reports Admin Guide
Classes  Overview  Activities Reports

Select the duration to see the activities & download the reports:
o Export Report: general activity report
o Export Assessment: shows you the detailed results of all
assessments the learners took in the report duration.
o Lesson Detail: provides details (modules, scores, difficulty level,
etc.) of all lessons your learners practiced in the report duration.
These figures can be useful to compare with
the goals you set for the class (team).

This chart gives you a report on how your


class/team has improved within the
selected time range based on the
percentage increase in EPS (English
Proficiency Score) over the starting level
of your class (team).
= (Last EPS – First EPS)/First EPS*100

Learners who are not active or have EPS


improvement less than 0% within the
report duration will not be counted here.

Time Tracking Report Admin Guide
Classes (Teams)  (Choose a Class/Team)  Time Tracking

Time Tracking tab shows the learning time (by minutes) per day of each
learner within a selected period.
You can export the report here at your convenience. This report helps you
quickly track the number of active learners and how much time they spent on
learning a day periodically.

Assessment tab allows you to view the details of the latest


assessment your learners took and their results, within the
selected time range.
→ Any learner whose assessment score is empty: they might

● Go to CLASS menu, click the trash bin icon of the assignment


you wish to delete from that class (team).
● Click Delete button to complete the action.

● Please note that the assignment will be deleted from your


learners’ devices along with their progress.

The Admins can invite/remove/assign
classes to your teachers (or team leads).

● Option 1: Invite a Teacher (Team Lead)


and Assign to a Class (Team) when you
create a new class.

● Option 2: Go to Teachers (Team Leads)


menu on the left side
o Click Invite Teachers (Invite Team
Leads) button.
o A window will pop up for filling in more
details of the Teacher/ Team Lead.

● Teachers will receive an invitation and
they need to click Join Class in order to
manage their classes.
Otherwise, they will appear on the
Pending Invites list and a Pending status
will appear next to the assigned class.

Replace a Teacher (Team Lead) Admin Guide

You can invite a Teacher (Team Lead) when you create a Class/Team
→ See ‘Create a Class’ section for more details.
If you have not assigned or you wish to replace a teacher (team lead):
● Go to CLASS tab, click the Pen icon of the class (team) you would
like to invite/replace the teacher (team lead)
● In Class Details section → click Add new teacher (team lead).
● Input First Name, Last Name, Email Address → Click Invite button

● To remove Teachers on the Pending

This feature allows you to tailor the
content for the needs of your learners
by creating your own study sets and
assigning them to your classes/teams.
● Click ’Curriculum’ tab
● Select ‘Create Study Set’ button
● A window will pop up for filling in
more details of the content.

Curriculum  Study Sets  Create Study Set This feature detects spelling and
grammar errors while you’re creating a
study set.
● Items in red are the ones with
errors. Click on the question mark
icon to see suggestions for
correction.
● Click on the suggested words to
replace the error. Or you can click
directly on the item to edit it the
way you want.
● When an item is error-free, it is
back to normal color.

➢ Revise the details to make a new version
➢ Delete the older version if you wish to (

This is where you set up the assignment.
● Assignment Name
● Assign to: name of the class
● Start date + Start Time: when the
learners receive the notification
about this new assignment.
● Due Date + Due Time: deadline for
this assignment.
● Set Reminder before the due date.
At this specified time, learners who
haven’t finished the assignment will
receive a push notification as a
reminder.

At this step, you can choose and add
ELSA lessons to the assignment.
Number of lessons added.
● Filter by Level: select suitable level of
difficulty for your learners.
● A list of contents categorized by
Skills for you to choose from, filtered
by the level of difficulty you selected.
Within each skill, you also can
choose the topic you want (e.g.
Business, Self Introduction).
● In each topic, the lessons are divided
into several levels (it is different from
the level of difficulty in no. 1).
● At the top right corner, you see the
number of lessons added.

The DASHBOARD menu shows an overview report of
the performance and activities in your organization.

● OVERVIEW INFORMATION
o Number of learners
o Number of created classes (teams)
o Number of invited teachers (team leads)

● ORGANIZATION PERFORMANCE
o Average level
o Distribution of learners by levels
▪ Beginner: less than 56%
▪ Lower Intermediate: 56% - 66%
▪ Intermediate: 67% - 77%
▪ Advanced: 78% - 89%
▪ Native: 90% or more
● ELSA SCORE BREAKDOWN BY SKILLS:
Based on results of learners in: Pronunciation,
Fluency, Intonation, Word Stress, and Listening

● IELTS SPEAKING SCORE DISTRIBUTION:

Dashboard  Activities Reports Click the calendar to choose a time range to pull
data for the Activity reports.
● You can breakdown the data by 3 options:
daily, weekly or monthly
● Active Learners: If a learner finishes at least
1 lesson, that learner will be counted as an
active learner for that day.
● Lessons, Hours: Number of lessons & hours
were taken by all learners in your
organization.
● English proficiency score (EPS):
Representing the proficiency of the users in
speaking English based on 5 game types of
lessons:
o Pronunciation
o Intonation
o Listening
o Word stress
o Conversation (text & video)
Tips:
o A recommended practice is to learn 5 days a
week.
o These figures can be useful to compare with
the goals you set for your organization.
o You can hover your mouse over each bar of the
charts to see detailed values contributing to the
results.
