Abin BEV is one of the largest global brewing companies. AB InBev is known for its diverse
portfolio of over 500 beer brands, including Budweiser, Stella Artois, Corona, Beck's, and many
others. The company has a presence in several countries and regions worldwide. AB InBev
operates breweries, retail locations, and distribution networks on a massive scale, making it a
dominant force in the global beer industry.
In my previous role as customer services representative, a customer called our support team very
frustrated about a delayed delivery of a product they had ordered. The customer was visibly
upset and demanded an immediate resolution. I acknowledged their frustration and apologized
sincerely for the inconvenience they were facing.
Drawing from my product knowledge, I quickly accessed the order details, identified the issue
causing the delay, and assured the customer that I would personally ensure the problem was
resolved promptly. I communicated clearly and provided regular updates on the progress
throughout the resolution process.
After coordinating with the logistics team and the delivery service, I managed to expedite the
shipment and ensure that the product arrived to the customer. I followed up with the customer to
confirm the delivery and verify their satisfaction.
The customer expressed their gratitude for the personalized attention and swift action taken to
resolve the issue. They mentioned feeling valued and appreciated the extra effort made to make
sure their experience ended on a positive note, turning their initial frustration into delight.
I have a multitude of skills and qualities that, I believe, make me the ideal candidate for this
position. My qualities include a POSITIVE attitude, a FRIENDLY and CONFIDENT nature, a
desire to WORK AS PART OF A TEAM, and also a desire to work to HIGH STANDARDS, and
above all, TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the work I produce.

Why did you decide to apply for this specific job position?
I decided to apply for this position for three reasons .
Firstly , prior to applying for the job I carefully read the job description and I genuinely
have the necessary skills, passion and qualities to perform highly .
Secondly, having searched your company carefully, not only you do have very high
standards, but you also provide excellent products and services to your customers. I’m
looking for long term employer and this is somewhere i feel i can stay for long period of
time.
Finally, this is a job I believe i can excel in, and on that basis, if i am successful in
the interview today, i plan to stay with you for long period of time .
in my current role as flight operation coordinator and CSR I’m dealing with a
similar job task on daily basis and using Microsoft office, outlook and other
innovated apps which guarantee the accuracy in tasks execution.
In addition, I have over four years’ experience in customer service / IT field while I
was working in a respective telecommunication company in Egypt, interacting
with customers to address their concerns and resolve service issues has enhanced
both my communication abilities and problem-solving skills.
In my previous position as aviation security supervisor at Hurghada International
Airport (EAC), I have been responsible for improving airport security preventative
measures in under 12 months, which helped the airport to success in all security
audits from different entities locally and internationally.
The key achievement whilst i worked in my previous position and my current position is
having my tasks done on time and to the highest standards ,Having studied the job
description for this role and I believe my work experience puts me in a great position to
come into the job and make positive and long lasting impact .
Notice period???
I have an obligation to serve 30 days notice period as per my company’s term and
conditions, so it will take a least a month for me to start the new job.
