RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE OFFICE OF THE BARANGAY CHAIRMAN OF PAGAYAWAN ,
BACOLOD , LANAO DEL NORTE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SCHOOL STAGE OF PAGAYAWAN
INTGERATED SCHOOL LOCATED AT BARANGAY PAGAYAWAN, BACOLOD, LANAO DEL NORTE.
WHEREAS, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights recognizes education as a fundamental right
necessary for the growth of an individual and the development of society.
WHEREAS, Sec. 1 , Article 14 , of the 1987 Constitution of the Philippines provides, The State shall
promote the right of all citizens to quality education at all levels of education and shall take
appropriate steps to make such education accessible to all.
WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 9155, otherwise known as “An Act instituting a Framework of
Governance for Basic Education, Establishing ,Authority and Accountability, Renaming the
Department of Education Culture and Sports to Department of Education, and for Others Purpose,”
requires the states to protect and promote the right of all Filipinos to quality and accessible
education by providing free and compulsory education in the elementary level and free education
in the high School and Senior Level.
WHEREAS, the School Governance Council, represented by VENUS B. PALANGAN , designated as Co-
chairman encourage the Barangay Council at its regular meeting held on January 5, 2024 at the PIS
Audio Room, to support the request for grant funding from Hon. Alexander Sanguila of the office of
the Barangay Captain for the construction of school stage of Pagayawan Integrated School,
Pagayawan , Bacolod, Lanao del Norte.
WHEREAS , finding this REQUEST beneficial to the school and its stakeholders most especially the PIS
learners and such is geared towards the improvement of the teaching -learning process.
WHEREAS , Barangay Pagayawan, one of the feeder barangays of Pagayawan Integrated School,
gives strong support to the request of the SGC designated Co- chair of Pagaayawan Integrated
School.;
Wherefore , On motion of Salik Momoy , the PTA President and duly seconded by Sittie Carolyne
Santiago, the Teacher Association President, be it
RESOLVED , AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to support the request of Pagayawan Integrated School , in
Barangay Pagayawan, Bacolod, Lanao del Norte.

RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE BARANGAY CHAIRMAN OF PAGAYAWAN , BACOLOD,LANAO DEL
NORTE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 30 SPAN PERIMETER FENCE OF PAGAYAWAN INTEGRATED
SCHOOL, PAGAYAWAN, BACOLOD, LANAO DEL NORTE.
WHEREAS , the current enrolment and teaching personnel of Pagayawan Integrated School
has rapidly increased in terms of population of its teachers and learners.
WHEREAS , the state recognizes the fact that the quality of education in the country suffers
due to poor environment and safety of the learners of Pagayawan Integrated School.
WHEREAS, the Constitution provides for the state to protect and promote the right of all
citizens to quality education at all levels.
WHEREAS, the Pagayawan Integrated School located in Purok 4, Barangay Pagayawan offers
K to 12 curriculum from Kindergarten to senior High School.
WHEREAS, the School Governing Council and the Parents Teachers Association of the said
school are appealing to the office of the Barangay Captain of Barangay Pagayawan for the
construction of 30 span perimeter fence of Pagayawan Integrated School, Pagayawan,
Bacolod, Lanao del Norte.
WHEREAS, the School Governance Council, represented by VENUS B. PALANGAN ,
