To whom it may concern

As advised by you over phone, I talked to Spicejet boarding counter during collecting
boarding pass and they confirmed that there was an error appearing which they had
cleared and told me not to pay any extra amount as you've mentioned above and
they asked me to talk to you to get applicable refund back to my account.

After collecting boarding passes, I again talked to your team and told her to get back
to me after telling her what I' ve mentioned above but she didn't reply.

I need to get my refund amount at the earliest. So please do the needful.
