MESSAGE

Graduates and completers of school year 2023-2024, as you pave the way for another chapter of
your lives and while you are on your way to achieving your goals, surpassing difficulties along the way and
pushing away the roadblocks, are the means to reflect on the things you have been through and
understand how these trials make you succeed.
Every challenge is an opportunity for growth. Your journey will be filled with twists and turns but
stay focused on your dreams and never lose sight of your passions because the blessings await ahead.
Learning such unexpected blessings from above will remind you that someone up there beholds
you and can provides you with everything more than anyone can.
Congratulations on such an extraordinary performance you have shown for this school year. You
really work hard, and you have earned such accolades. You must be grateful to your parents, teachers and
to all who have helped you succeed.
That diploma you are holding is evidence that will always remind you of the combined efforts of
your loved ones. Make it an inspiration to do more, aspire more and achieve more.
Your journey is just beginning, and the world is full of uncertainties and possibilities waiting for you
to explore. Dwayne Johnson said, “The road to success and greatness is always paved with consistent
hard work”. Cling to it and never stop working hard. Congratulations!

SAMUEL M. PONCE
Public Schools District Supervisor
Thank you so much, plausible masters of ceremonies Sr Emelyn B. Ellazar, Sr Angie
G. Totanes, To our friends, Sr Dorie P. Dasmarinas, Sr Noeme D. Catayas, Sr Jane T.
Habbiling-the registrar of SPCLC and the rest of the teachers.

My warmest greetings and congratulations to all the teaching force of St. Pedro
Kalungsud Learning Center Incorporated of Cadaruhan, Borbon, Cebu

Our dynamic and service-oriented barangay captain of Cadaruhan Hon Aquilino N.

Pinute, and his councilors, beloved parents, of course the highlights of this program, the
completers, who had just shared their dream profession a while ago. May I also
acknowledge our young and dedicated District guidance coordinator in the Municipality of
Borbon who is with me, Mrs. Ana Monta, to all of us. Maayong buntag.

How are you little children? Are you happy? Of course you should. Today is your
day, timaan, that you succeeded pre-schooling class before entering another level of
education.
Congratulations dear children. Say thank you to your mommy, daddy, papa and
mama, lola, lolo, aunties and uncles. Great Job! Your parents must be proud of you.

My message is centered for the matured individuals around because you are the
people behind the success of these children. They can’t grasp fully what we meant about.

Thank you, dear parents, for your unwavering support. Taking care of siblings is not
that easy. You provided them with resources to support them hoping one day they can
stand up for their own. Jose Rizal said, the youths are the hope to the fatherland, and it is
very true. We live today and gone tomorrow, and these children will take place. Seeing them
successful in their lives is enough for us.

To the devoted teachers of St Pedro Calungsud Learning Center, the department of

Education is thanking you so much for being our great partners in educating the children.
DepEd cannot cater all children in the Philippines. We hope to see this school flourish in the
future. Barangay Cadarujan is fortunate enough to have this private school. Let’s help
patronize and enroll our preschoolers here at St. Pedro Calungsud Learning Center
Incorporated. Send your little kids here. We hope that this school can offer another level of
education soon.
Remember, the only legacy we can leave to our children is the best education. I
know for sure; St Pedro Calungsud Learning Center can give it. The theme is “Filipino
youth, building a stronger future for a new Philippines, and this is the advocacy of Vice
president, Sarah Duterte -who is also our education secretary, in her Bansang makabata,
batang makabansa. She is advocating the new curriculum, which is MATATAG. Its aim is to
produce quality learners who are respectful, resilient, ever-learning, and globally competitive
individuals ready for life, and this is our battle cry. Beginning the school year 2024-2025
comes July, GMRC for Elementary and Values Education for High school is given emphasis
and considered as one of the core subjects equal to English, Math, Science, and others of
which given the same number of time allocation. We look forward to a great change in the
attitude of our children.

So once again Congratulations!
