1.Description of Project:

A burglar alarm system detects someone’s entry using sensors at entry points and emits
alerts. It operates with other security devices for comprehensive protection and offers
remote monitoring via loud speakers, led, or via mobile phone. Upon receiving the signal
of any disturbance between the laser sensor at any boundary of the secured area, the siren
starts to sound, alerting the responsible authority that someone is attempting to breach the
security. The control panel activates the alarm, led, or any devices which alerts the
responsible in response to this signal.

Objectives:

 To create a secure environment at any area.


 Increases the level of security at houses, buildings malls.
 Ensure a good security system with minimal false alarms
 Detect unauthorized entry into the secured area properly and accurately.

2.Methodology for Implementation of Project:

 Theoretical Studies:
The methodology for implementation of this project is to understand how a burglar
alarm operates and the way different components, like LDR transistors, perform
their specific task when there may be a disturbance in light.

 Experimental Setup Required:


The experimental setup requires a environment consisting of different sensor
doorways and a portable cardboard house. The Mirrors had been placed at each
corner in such an orientation which helps the laser mild onto LDRs, simulating a
stable security system

 Method of Analysis:
Method of analysis is to Test the burglar alarm system by trying to break into the
simulated secured area which causes blockage of laser light on LDR casing siren to
sound in different ways. Also, check if it gives any false alarms.
 Expected Outcome of Project:
The expected final results of the challenge become to determine the fine way to
installation the burglar alarm gadget to stumble on unauthorized individuals without
giving false alarms.

4.Proposed Results:
The proposed results of this project are to develop an understanding about burglar alarm
systems and to find out how to put sensor in a specific orientation for catching
unauthorized personality. how this system safety by way of optimizing sensor placements
and settings. Additionally, our intention is to make sure proper functioning of the alarm
gadget and minimize false alarms and to make burglar alarm systems more reliable and
effective in protecting homes and buildings.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, this project has enhanced our understanding of burglar alarm systems and
their operational principles. Through experimentation, we have optimized sensor
placements and settings, aiming to improve system reliability. Our focus on minimizing
false alarms underscores the importance of system effectiveness. Moving forward, these
findings can inform the development of more robust security measures for homes and
buildings.
