INTRODUCTION:

GOOD MORNING TO EVERYONE.

Learning is a journey that elevates our personal development. As teachers and administrators, it
is very important to cater things that are not being taught in the four corners of the classrooms for
this will be wielded to foster children in the realm of education. Remember, you can’t give what
you don’t have so if you want to give more to your students and to further your commitment to
teaching, attending the inset today might just actually be a right decision. My fellow teachers, it’s
that time of year once again for another journey of professional development and hopefully a
fun-filled and worthwhile experience.

Once again, Good morning to everyone and WELCOME to our 2024 mid-year in-service
training with the theme:

Magnifying Authentic Transformative training to Illuminate and Nurture District

PRAYER, NATIONAL ANTHEM, QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY

*****To start with, may I request everybody to stand for the singing of the Philippine
National Anthem Sir Joey G. Calubaquib, Teacher III of Tuguegarao North Central School, to be
followed by a prayer to be led by Sir Santiago F. Pagulayan, Master Teacher II of Tuguegarao
North Central School.

WELCOME REMARKS
 ***** Today is one of the grandest days that God has made. Because of His mighty
power, He allowed us to be physically and mentally ready of today’s program. At this juncture,
Sir Reynaldo G. Ferrer, the ever supportive SPTA president of Tuguegarao North Central School
will give us his Words of Welcome. May we give him around of applause.

OPENING REMARKS

***** To give his opening Remarks, may I call on our one of the most handsome Public
Schools District Supervisor – Dr. Marlo T. Melad. May we give him around of applause.

CHECKING OF ATTENDANCE

*****At this point we shall give due recognition to the most important people of this event.
They are the primary reason of this gathering. Who are these people? Well, I’m referring to you
teachers! This training wouldn’t be possible without your presence.

So to acknowledge and check the attendance of the participants today let us all welcome a very
diligent and motherly SPG adviser, and Teacher III of Tuguegarao North Central School, none
other than Maam Kathyleen B. Alonzo.

Good afternoon everyone, welcome back to our afternoon session.

So before we start the training proper, may we begin by asking you to participate in our simple
stimulating energizer!

Thank you very much, please be seated, I hope you are all energized and ready.

The goal of implementing strategies across learning areas is to enhance the learning
experience and promote effective learning outcomes. For this afternoon we will focus on the
Strategies Across Learning Areas to be discussed by two brilliant speakers.
