SUBJECT: EMPLOYMENT OFFER FROM KWE: KLAUS WORLD EQUIPMENT
Dear Ms. Anusha Komirishetti,
We would like to confirm the essentials of our offer of employment for the position of
“Sales Admin Executive” for “Klaus World Equipment” at our office in Hyderabad.
1. Your starting date will be on or before 6th April 2023.
2. The salary and other perquisites we offered to you are detailed in the Annexure.
3. You shall be on Probation for an initial period of 3 months which at the sole discretion
of the Company may be extended for a further period.
4. Your confirmation will be subject to verification of the personal, educational and

previous employment details provided by you in your resume pursuant to conducting
reference checks and verification process by the Company.
5. On Completion of Your Probationary Period, your appointment will be confirmed if

found suitable.
6. During the course of employment, you will abide by the policies and rules as are in
force or as amended from time to time.
7. You will not accept any gainful employment or office of profit during the course of
your employment with us.
8. You shall be liable to be transferred to any department, office or Establishment of the

Company anywhere in India
9. As per Company policy your age of retirement will be 58 years.
10. Either party can terminate the appointment by giving One month notice in writing.
Any shortfall in the notice period can be adjusted against the balance privilege leave

of the Department.
11. If at any time, in the opinion of the Company which shall be final, you are found guilty
of dishonesty, disobedience, misappropriation, theft, fraud, disorderly behaviour,
negligence, indiscipline, absence from duty without permission, or any other conduct
considered by the Company as detrimental to its interests or violation of one or more
terms of this offer of employment, your services may be terminated without notice.
12. In case you do not join Duty within 7 days of the date specified by you in the
acceptance of the offer, it will be presumed that you are not interested in our offer
and the offer will be treated as cancelled without any further reference to you.
