Job Description:
i. Knowledge on concept of GLP, GCP, OECD & FDA Guidelines, Study plan
preparation and report preparation, SOP, Animal Handing (Rodents).
ii. Skilled in collecting, preserving and preparing tissue samples for

histopathological examination in Rodents.
iii. Knowledge on SEND – Standard for exchange of non- clinical data for submissions
to the regulatory bodies.
iv. Performed Toxicokinetic studies.
v. Ensuring compliance to departmental SOP and work instructions.
vi. Handled 28-Day repeat dose toxicity studies, 90-Day repeat dose toxicity studies,
6-Month repeat dose toxicity studies, Reproduction studies and carcinogenicity
studies in rodents.
vii. Proficient in meticulously reviewing and validating raw data and reports to ensure
accuracy and completeness.
viii. Experienced in effectively handling and analyzing raw data and proficiently
preparing comprehensive toxicology reports.
ix. Timely assistance to study directors, peer reviewed the raw data / study Report and
resolved the discrepancies after the QAU and Client comments in timely manner.
x. Effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations.

xi. Understanding the workflow in a GLP and Non-GLP studies.

xiv. Molecular Biology Techniques – Good hands-on DNA and RNA extraction and
